Priscilla is the only soul allowed near my hair with scissors. She has never once failed me always understands when I explain the type of layers I want, and no one else has ever come close to making my hair look anything like what she can do. She also happens to be kind and funny and welcoming and a delight to catch up with when I get to see her! Usually if I ever get a compliment from a stranger it’s almost always about my hair and asking how I style it, The thing is if Priscilla cuts my hair I don’t have to style it, it will just dry how I want it. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve gone to Priscilla since I first started having short hair. Her personality is always on 100% and if you ever want a good conversation she’d be the first I’d go too. She is super funny and has always done amazing on my hair which can be extremely difficult to maneuver sometimes. Her staff is just as friendly, but I haven’t actually been in either of her staffs chair to know how well they do haircuts which is why I left it at 4 stars and not 5. Awesome lady staff though. I’ve gone to Priscilla since I first started having short hair. Her personality is always on 100% and if you ever want a good conversation she’d be the first I’d go too. She is super funny and has always done amazing on my hair which can be extremely difficult to maneuver sometimes. They were supposed to dye my hair a light ash blond. My hair is already light blonde so it should have been easy for them to do it. But as you can see they gave it a darker brassy color. Three times I went to them and they keep saying they can fix it and all they do is make it darker and worse cause my hair damage.

The two lady’s that did me and my daughters hair were kind. But that’s about it. This inside of this location is dirty, needs a serious cleaning. Super over priced! The lady who cut my daughters hair did a good job cutting it but could have done a way better job with straightening it for the “extra” $10 I paid. Sent a picture to a hair dresser I know and to her reply said “I can’t believe they let you leave with her hair like that” my hair kinda just looks chopped.. and effortlessly done. Total came to almost $200 for something I’ve done at home (and turned out better) and I am no hair dresser. I won’t come back here. I didn’t want to be rude so I just paid the lady and then left.
