I had the best experience here. They were busy and handled me and everyone else like we were there only customers so I think everyone there walked away feeling special and cared for. My stylist CORINNA made me so confident and comfortable as I explained in a less then elegant way what I was wanting. Somehow she made sense of my nonsense and turned out the best cut/highlights and etc. I’ve ever had… I have never had any thing past a simple cut but she makes me feel so at home and comfortable I’m thinking I might go in for just a style so I can sit in her chair again.. Made an appointment on a Sundays for my 2 boys. 5 girls working, only 1 cutting hair. One leaves to get coffees as a friend of hers shows up, she goes to get coffee with him for all of them and when they get back, he cuts ahead of everyone, while my 2 boys are 20 minutes past their appointment. They all 5 gather around desk sipping and tasting their coffee instead of cutting hair! THIS IS SOO UNPROFESSIONAL! I am in the customer service business and if I were to drink coffee and not do my job, I would be fired! NEVER AGAIN WILL I CONE TO THIS PLACE! This is in Middletown on East main rd BTW. What a joke.

I went because I need a last-minute haircut going into the week of the holiday, and I made sure to communicate very clearly to my hairstylist that I have a very long hair, and I only want to take 4 or 5 inches off just a healthy cut, as I’ve done the same thing to my hair for the past decade. I even made comments about how one year I took off 6 inches and it was outside my comfort zone. I even pointed to where I wanted the length of my hair to fall to. Unfortunately, for her that meant taking about 8+ inches off of my hair, which is now the shortest it’s been since middle school… she was very pleasant, but did not seem to understand what I had communicated, and now I do not feel at all comfortable with my cut

Great haircut and excellent service!! Walking in everyone was so pleasant and curtious. I barely had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen and my hair dresser was an awesome sassy curly red headed lady with some serious skills! I would recommend to anyone that wants the job done right to definitely go here!!! Haircut

Literally one of the worst places. I asked the girl to cut my bangs and gave her a reference picture which was very simple nothing crazy, she managed to BOTCH and I mean BOTCH my hair. The bangs are too thick (asked for wispy) they aren’t even AT ALL. there’s a huge long piece of hair on my right side and this short stub of hair on my left. Not to mention I asked for a straight cut at the bottom and they’re swooped. The tears I held back in this store was mentally draining.

Hi my name is Helen, I went to get hair cut and a highlight with some pink in it ..I wanted some pink because my girlfriend just passed away from cancer and I wanted blonde highlights with a c cut with feathers or now they call it the butterfly cut..Well I got none of that the girl didn’t even have a conversation with me I was telling her we renting here because we lived in Florida and we lost everything in hurricane and Ian even our cars we only had clothes on our backs..I t thought I would treat myself to a nice haircut and try and feel better I am so depressed Well I was more depressed after getting my hair done..she did a little pink on the bottom and washed in 3 washes I don’t know where the blonde is and no hair cut and I paid over 200.00 I was really disappointed because I don’t have that kind money to pay through away we are shopping at thrift stores for clothes..I was very disappointed
