Their app is horrendous and I feel like they get stylists right out of school and are still practicing on customers. It’s not hard to get a 12 year old boys hair cut right but yet I hate it. I’m pretty much done with this place. And all Supercuts locations. I have zero faith in their skills.

My son gets his haircut here. It hasn’t been bad but my wife needs to stand over the cutter to make sure it’s done correct. I normally get my hair cut on the Hill. My longtime cutter moved out of state and I’ve been unable to get a short notice convenient appointment with another.

My boyfriend went in for a simple haircut and left with his hair 3 different lengths, totally botched. The hairdresser didn’t ask him what he wanted, left his neck bald and the rest of his hair SUPER uneven and she was extremely unpleasant and rude to him the entire time. Do not get your hair cut here.
