This Supercuts franchise had an employee at their salon for approximately two years who was overcharging their clients and it went unnoticed. I was one of the clients who was overcharged (more than $50+ per service) for a service and was unaware of the issue until the receptionist mentioned something along those lines that I had been “overpaying”. When I called a few days later and spoke to a manager, she did state that I was being overcharged but only could offer a “sincere apology” for the multiple events to occur and that the employee has since been fired. I will not go to this Supercuts location or their associated franchises in the future.

So I turned up today with a long wait….Not the fault of the reception. The wait was 30 minutes. I am currently disabled with a broken back and femur so I try sitting in the plastic chair and after 5 minutes find it uncomfortable so I ask the receptionist if I go sit in my truck which is more comfortable and has a heated seat could she call me 5 minutes before my appointment and I’ll cone in.

Someone teach them how to run a business. Two days in a row I went. Both times I called before and left my info. Even still, when I showed up they said 30 minute wait and they acted like I insulted them by walking in the door and asking for a haircut. Quick tip…on the weekend, it’s helpful to have more than one person working there.
