Critical: QualityI normally have my hair cut in a short bob, a bit tapered in the back and over my ears. I brought a picture and asked the stylist if she could trim my hair. (I had 4 months of growth.) She said it would not be exactly like the picture but she “knows what to do.” Well, she cut my hair so short I ended up with a “pixie “. I asked her to stop cutting and she got the manager. I asked the Manager to even it out, expressed my disappointment and left.Bottom line, I do not recommend this place for any female if you want a decent trim, or style. Perhaps they do ok with children and men. Don’t expect a good style from this place. Very disappointed. Had my hair colored back in June and wish i had gone back for refund. I understand that the girls are just starting out in the hair business but my hair was not blended at all and it wasn’t even close to the picture i showed. I had been there for 5 hours which was not okay either. Had to go and pay big money to have it fixed. I had high hopes because I had gone there to have my hair fixed about a year before but i should’ve requested the girl i had before. Never going back

Took my daughter who is twelve and has longer hair for a wash trim & blow dry. $26 but then was informed that is not the price as it keeps going up as they charge per time spent in the chair!!!! What a rip off salon!

My daughter went there 2 weeks ago for baylayage. My daughter was left with a band of dark roots and bleached ends that looked like her mids and ends were dipped in bleach. Her hair is destroyed. My daughter reached out to Mary (hairstylist) via text message and Mary offered no resolution. This hairstylist took zero accountability and showed that she doesn’t care about her work or her clients. Unprofessional all around.
