Worst customer service. Tried bringing my son there. Was quoted 20 minutes and gave my name. When arrived the receptionist stated 20 minutes again that there was two people ahead of us that the call doesn’t matter and that she said she stated that on the phone that walk-ins come first. That hadn’t been true. I was 3 minutes away when I called and specifically said my son was young and would grab him food and be there in 20 minutes instead. Also even if we had waited at that point your hairdresser rolled her eyes at me at least three times like I had done something wrong. My son started crying because he couldn’t get his haircut. Thanks for being a screw-ups we found a great new place called franchise Elegance they had great patience and did amazing job with scissors and a buzzer. You need to find better workers very disappointing. To not even be inviting and friendly to Children is just sad. Also with one hairdresser and she had a client in the chair and two people waiting only 20 more minutes? I feel bad. It should take at least 20 minutes for one person.

I called to book a haircut for my son but was told they no longer take appointments over the phone but it would be 20 minutes, so being close by in Beverly I drove there with my son. When I arrived to the Dodge St Supercuts lobby, I was treated very rudely and told there was a 50 minute wait now. Very rude behavior from both women hairstylists. One of them barked at me asking if there is a problem as if to suggest I was causing a disturbance. And my son is wondering why he was unable to get his first haircut ever at a public Supercuts. Very unprofessional and rude towards my son and I. They lost my business FOREVER, after using this same business for 12 years at this same location.

Very professional! Staff is super friendly. I was a little nervous when my 8 year old daughter wanted to cut her beautiful long hair to her shoulders. The hair dresser was very knowledgeable, and quickly had me at ease. I don’t remember her name. Only that she just came back after having twins. Thank you for my daughter’s fantastic “grown-up” hair cut!!

For starters, this is the only Supercuts that my boyfriend goes to; he trusts no one else besides the ladies at this specific Supercuts. I got a haircut yesterday and there was no wait and I was seen right away (around 4:30pm). I had the nicest hairdresser and she was very sociable and sweet. She gave me an amazing haircut and I have been getting compliments all day about it. I wish I could remember her name to tell everyone to go get a haircut from her, but I am positive that all the hairdressers are just as nice as the one I had, for the other customers had smiles on their faces as well. I’ll definitely return when I need another haircut!
