If I could give this place a zero I would. I called ahead and was told I could be seen. I left work and arrived just as three other people walked in. The younger girl with dark hair asked if I had an appointment and when I said I had called about 20 minutes before and was told to come in, she snapped that is not how they do things and I must have called the wrong place. I looked at my phone and verified the number I had just called but this rude girl just blurts out “oh well – we won’t have time to see you now anyway” and she walked in back. I’m not one for giving a bad review but this staff member was beyond rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! This was on Monday, Jan. 17, 2022, at around 6:30.

I checked in online and when I got there they said I was behind 4 people and that online reservations where not being honored anymore. That’s fair game, but I don’t why they let me check in online and let me drive all the way over there. Why not send a courtesy email stating my reservation is not valid. Or better, why do they let you check in online in the first place?
