Had an appointment at 12:30, wasn’t taken until 1:15. The hair styling was ok but the organization is terrible; they will take walk ins over appointments. Hairstyling

I highly recommend coming here! Melissa is the hairdresser that did my hair and made my brows look flawless. My hair looks so amazing. I am forever grateful for her magic she has done to my hair. I had personally ruined my hair from dying it blue at a different salon. After getting the worst dye job I fled to Supercuts where my hair was saved. My hair was a hot mess and had gotten botched at a different salon and thank goodness for Supercuts because they SAVED my hair! I came in the salon in tears about my haircut I had just gotten and the staff there was so kind and went ABOVE and BEYOND to help. They are not only good hair dressers but they are good people. I have been going there for 7 years and never leave Supercuts unhappy. They are amazing people! Believe me if you request Melissa you will not be disappointed!!

Decent haircut’s, good prices. The wait was fast and hairdressers were social and polite. Mostly I liked the air-conditioning as it was almost 100° outside my last visit. They have the usual hair products for sale and are nextdoor to a grocery store, liquor store, dollar store, aubuchon, CVS, and Dunkin donuts. For a busy guy running errands and looking for a walk-in appointment they met my needs.

Critical: Quality, ValueI made an appointment for my daughter to get a haircut at this Supercuts location. When I arrived, they said it would be a while because they were behind. I asked how long, they said twenty minutes. Thirty-six minutes later and they call us in. That’s okay; maybe because of school starting, they are busy, I wouldn’t leave a bad review for that. The woman who cut my daughter’s hair, I don’t know her name- 40’s- 50’s blonde hair and heavyset. We told her exactly how we wanted it, also specifying that we wanted to LET IT GROW. The hairdresser said, “you need to let it grow to get what you want in the picture, and I can clean up the sides and back for you,” so we agreed that she would cut the sides and the back. My daughter thought the hairdresser knew what she was doing, that she would make it look as much like the picture as possible. Also, she is extremely shy, so when the hairdresser said, “should I take some off THE TOP” my daughter agreed, and I wasn’t near there. I was in the waiting area so I couldn’t stop her. We had decided she would only do the sides and back. She was making my daughter’s hair look NOTHING like the picture. If she left the top alone, it would have looked similar but a little shorter. We agreed she would clean it up, and my daughter was GROWING IT OUT!! My daughter has EXTREMELY short hair, and it has taken us so long to get her to grow at all, and she ripped that away from me today. I will never go back to ANY SUPERCUTS AGAIN. From now on, my daughter goes to a real salon.I made an appointment for my daughter to get a haircut at this Supercuts location. I had no issue with the lady who cut my hair. Very nice and seemed to know her stuff. She talked to me about shampoo and conditioner to buy. No big deal, the salon quality products are very nice. But as I went to check out I found out the price of the products and realized I truly could not validate spending thirty something dollars on products. Here’s where the problem comes in, another 2 stylists listened to me say I could not afford the products (hence the reason I was at Supercuts and not a fancier salon) and proceeded to lambaste me to each other as I checked out for what reason I cannot fathom other than the fact that they thought I was being cheap or that I was going to sneak off and purchase the same products elsewhere. That was probably the most hurtful and infuriating experience I have ever had at a salon. We ALL have bills to pay. We ALL have something going on that keeps us from making those “want” purchases. I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth and have more important things to pay for and spending thirty-plus dollars on products is just not in the cards this week. No, I will not be going and buying those products elsewhere at a cheaper rate, I will continue to use what I have at home. I sincerely hope the ladies who work in that salon wake up one day and realize that’s presentation is everything and attitudes like that will not help you get far in your career. To the lady who cut my hair, thank you for doing a good job and keep up the good work. You clearly have some talent. But to the other two ladies who feel the need to throw cruel jabs at those of us who choose to put car repairs or electric bills before hair products, I hope you one day feel how I felt with your icy words tossed around your wide open traps about me. I get it, you don’t have the most swollen pockets working at Supercuts and selling products helps you guys out but damn, unless you see me coming in with Kim Kardashian at my tail then step back and remember not all of us are paid big bucks to do nothing!!
