Awesome haircuts here. The stylist Leigh goes out of her way to professionally take care of my hair. She is 100% customer friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I like this location because it is clean, can accommodate people waiting and everyone has a winning attitude. Prices are excellent. Management is excellent as well.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI booked my appointment online and received a confirmation email. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment and told the employee my name. After she finished with her customer she told me my name wasn’t on the list. She said if someone cancelled I could get in but she didn’t know how long. I showed her my confirmation email but she didn’t seem to care. Meanwhile they turn away another gentleman for the same reason. So as I sit there and watch 2 employees clean up as myself and a woman (who happened to have her name on the list) waited, one employee grunts and whines “is it 4 o’clock yet?” At that point I got up and left and will never be back. I realized that these employees didn’t care for the customer or to make money apparently. In this time when its hard to even find work these 2 definitely took it for granted.
