To who this may concern; Called before I brought my daughter in (even though this place advertises as walking always welcome). Was told to come in in 30 min. No problem. From there, the entire experience went downhill. One hair stylist, seemed super annoyed I showed up, not one other customer in the store. My daughter needed a quick trim. Asked me multiple times if she would like angles, repeatedly said no. Hardly made conversation with us (I tried), was very rude and almost condescending we weren’t taking her hair recommendations. We wanted quick simple curls with a curling iron and hair spray. The hair stylist acted baffled. She proceeded to try her best to curl my daughters hair with a blow dryer and brush. Not what I asked (she has short hair this wouldn’t have taken long.). I gave up. Paid $30 bucks for nothing I came in for to also be critized and get attitude the entire 20 minutes I was there. First and last time at this establishment. Wish I caught her name. Way over priced for your employees not understanding they are in a customer service profession. Will be spreading the word. The woman who worked on me was terrible. When I told her I wanted side swept bangs, she kept using the word “feathered.” I told her that wasn’t what I asked for, but she kept using that word. I told her to stop using that word because that was not what I wanted. I was worried she would really mess up my hair. She gave me a really bad trim and when I told her to fix it, she said she liked it and refused to fix it then and there. She said she liked it. I was like, “Well, I DON’T like it! I paid for a haircut that I asked for and I want what I paid for.” She said to come back within a week if I didn’t like it. I told her that there was no way I would be going back to that place, much less have HER touch my hair ever again. Her indifference was so unprofessional. I can’t believe she’s allowed to cut hair. She was awful as a person and a stylist.

consistently gives my friends such hilariously bad haircuts they have to shave their head after or get it cut again by a real salon for $100. LIKE ITS BAD. literally gave my friend a bob cut and she had long pieces all over the place and 0 shape just a jagged chop in the back. And then my other friend has to go here against his will bc of the lack of salons in a walking distance to him and they cant even do a normal line up or fade HAHAAHAHAH i dont think they require a cosmetics license here and if they do their credentials must be from a special ed sunday school.

The supercuts i used to closed down and since i just moved to the area, i was excited to see one here close to where i live.The women who were inside working today were super nice and the lady (who I unfortunately did not catch the name of) was very professional and was nice to talk with. My hair cut came out amazing and I love it so much! Definitely recommend and Definitely will be coming back.

Don’t recommend going here now that Sharon doesn’t work there anymore. Went in for a cut and color and got misgendered the entire time, on top of the crone who misgendered me cutting off half my length without asking me first and leaving me with totally different style than I started with when I had asked for a trim. Literally cried when I got home, Don’t bother. Spend the extra money to go somewhere else.

Sign says open till 8pm on the door. “Walk ins welcome.” Walked in at 615 with one customer in the chair and one on the bench. Was turned away because they “didn’t have time.” With 2 hours left they couldn’t take care of 3 men. Never coming back….New England hospitality at its best…..
