The daughter customer services was beyond excellent. I walked right in and was able to get in the chair. Great atmosphere and great conversation. So why the one star??? The quality of service. I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted. As well as individual lashes. She used weave hair glue. By the time I realized it, she was almost Done with the other one. It burned and my eyelids constantly were sticking together days after. Right now as I type this my eyes are irritated and watery. I didn’t like how she tinted my eyebrows. Looked like she used a pencil. I immediately left and went somewhere else to have them fixed and tinted properly. I still tipped her because of her conversation. However, the service of the products were horrible. I’m sad to say that I will not be back. When you’ve had better, You know better. Who uses weave hair glue for lashes??? One week later and I’m trying to take them off. Complete waste of money.

I came to here to get individual lashes, I was disappointed the moment I walked out of this place! I was racing for time, so I did not have time to express the fact that I hated these eyelashes. On top of that my eyes appeared lopsided !! The young lady piled hair glue on my lashes, and they’re literally glued to my eyes! My eyes have been blood shot red. I am trying to remove them and my own lashes are coming out in chunks!!!! This is absolutely disgusting! I will never come back. And I tipped $5. This is unacceptable.

This mother-daughter duo is amazing. I routinely get my eyebrows threaded here, and they turn out phenomenally time after time! Their prices are affordable and after a few visits, they recognize and treat you like family! They are courteous and respectful to all who walk through their doors. Some days they may be very busy, but it’s worth the wait! I highly recommend SuperBrow to anyone wondering if they should try them out!

The glue they use rips your natural lashes out. So you have to go back to get them done every week because they fall out or become loose anyway within 5 days. So you have to go back to get them done every week because they fall out or become loose anyway within 5 days. I don’t like the way i was spoken to either. I’ve been to Super Brow a few times, and the woman who owns the place does a great job. Today there was a new woman, and she BUTCHERED my eyebrows! The worst part is that her brows looked great, so she knew I left with MESSED UP brows (what was left of them)! Literally a nightmare.
