I really love the service. The lady that did my hair was awesome. She was very nice talked to me the entire time made me very comfortable. The owner was awesome too. I wasn’t to sure of what type of hair to buy the owner was nice and told me some names of good human hair that would last. The prices here I love it. I know people that spending 300 on a sew-in without the hair and that’s the starting price. I ‘m also glad they have a no kids policy unless they are getting service… let’s be honest many of you don’t control your kids at all.. it’s not a daycare. everything is great here I can’t wait to get the service again.

I never do reviews. But this was a particularly bad experience for me. The braiding was fine. Everyone was nice. But the sew in was too tight and unfortunately I realized this about 5 hours after I had left super weave xpress and gotten on a flight out of town; so I couldn’t go back in and get them to redo it. Had to find a place to get it taken out while I was out of town or I feared it would break my hair (not to mention make my vacation unbearable). It hadn’t even been 12 hours before I decided I had to take it out. I saw on their website that they offer “no cash refunds” but after spending $300 on just the install and spending a literal NINE hours getting my hair done there, I thought in this special case they might do something to help me out. But when I called and asked about it the guy was very unapologetic and business-minded and said there was “nothing they could do.” Not even a credit of some kind. Like I said, I never do reviews. And I’m usually a pretty positive person. Even saw some bad reviews on here but decided to give them a shot. But I will never again. This place is way too over priced to have such lack of customer care. It’s a no to this place.

I’ve only been here about two or three times but I can say that they were very professional. They made sure I was okay during the entire process. While getting my hair braided they asked if it was too tight or uncomfortable. While do the sew in they did the same thing. All of the stylists who were there were very polite and we all conversed with each other as if we knew each other. I honestly don’t see why there are any bad reviews but I guess you can’t make everyone happy. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I love the atmosphere and the service. So many salons have a lot of gossip but the conversation with the stylist is very light and always positive. I’ve never had to wait to be served I have always been in and out! I drive from Houma, which is 2 hours away and it’s worth it. Love it!

Never been happy the more than couple of times I’ve given this place chance.First the prices are different from advertised,secondly service ain’t good.I had to actually take my weave down with the help of my daughter 40mins after it was done.was poorly done,hair dresser told me it was the poor quality hair I brought,it hurt just had to cut it off. She could have been a student or something, took much longer than i expected,recommended a friend who got a very ugly experience too. Unless you know someone there otherwise if you walk in , you wI’ll be disappointed.

I’m not sure why I’m being prompted to update this review as this place is closed down although I must say being closed is the best thing for all women. My final product and post service customer service was less than favorable. I don’t like to see anyone down or don’t wish any ill upon any business owner but If they don’t improve somethings and insure all beauticians are licensed cosmologist they should just remain closed.

If i could have given it 0 stars I would. You can never get the same hair technician twice. Service was horrible and quality was a -1. Ive been going to this location faithfully since 2014. Only to have my tracks falling out. 3rd time since being a client. His wife convinced him the last time because my sew-in was jacked up. This time he wanted to “tack” my hair up the expression he used instead of doing it over. With no refund policy. For him tell me my tracks came loose because my hair grew in 1 week, I was sick will never go back. Save your money he’s all about hiring with no experience. You wont get the results you pay for. Dont pay for disappointment, this knowledge is free. This time i paid for a $62 sew in with tracka coming out. The last failure I paid $130. So basicly the cost doesnt matter its the quailty. If candice is not working dont go there. Because her husband is no different from a snake. And i always tip. (Drop mic).

I will never go here again. They told me they couldn’t do my hair and wanted me to pay more money and get another sew-in when i just got my hair done, all I wanted was a touch up and they told me to leave there store. They were very disrespectful the owner was rude and this is not how a business should be run.

Kandis at SWX did and AMAZING job with my hair. She asked what I wanted and I told her I trust whatever her vision is. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I Walked in feeling like a princess and walked out like a BLACK Queen. I would recommend SWX in Baton Rouge to everyone. Remember “YOU” get what you pay for.
