Critical: Professionalism, ValueBEWARE!!! I signed up for 3 months of tanning and everything. When covid hit they closed the salon down for a month or so and I never had my time extended. That was upsetting but I understand that smaller businesses are struggling and I let it go. I signed up for an additional number of tanning sessions (I bought per the session) and apparently they expired. I was never told they would expire so I was a little upset. At this point I had spent around $200 on sessions and lotion. I left a negative review on fb highlighting this problem in hopes the salon would change their policy. Fast forward 9 months later I go in and am told I have a $1000 balance on my account. I am shocked and asked to speak to the owner. He did not give me a clear reason why I would owe so much. When I asked if it could have been the negative review I left he said “yeah that’s quite possibly why”. I CANNOT believe that!!! I got upset and the owner cursed me out!!! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!! They clearly do not care about their customers who invest a lot of money into their business. I am at a loss for words. BEWARE!!! I signed up for 3 months of tanning and everything. When covid hit they closed the salon down for a month or so and I never had my time extended. That was upsetting but I understand that smaller businesses are struggling and I let it go.
