I was visiting Naples from Illinois and had to get my nails redone because unfortunately a location I tried at home did my dip incorrectly and they started chipping after only a week. I called ahead and they were able to give me a time to come in the day of. Even though they were working short staffed, they were extremely efficient. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to remove the old dip, apply new dip, and do a gel pedi in only an hour and a half. Even though they did not have the same exact color to match my toes, a lovely lady assisted me and worked hard to find the best match. My nails look amazing and the tech paid close attention to detail and was very careful, yet confident in his work. The staff was very friendly and honest in what they were able to offer their customers. I love how my nails and my toes turned out! The staff also offered me a drink and made sure I was comfortable and happy. They truly did a fantastic job in every category of customer service and I will definitely go back if I ever come back to Naples! Thank you for all the time and work you put into my nails!

Customer service was terrible, left very unhappy and would not recommend to anyone. The first woman who tried to do my nails said she couldn’t do any of the very basic things I asked her for, kept getting up from working on my nails to do other things around the salon, and twice while working on my nails tried to pause my manicure to have someone else work on my pedicure. The second woman who finished my manicure couldn’t even do a French manicure. I ended up skipping the pedicure and leaving the salon in pure disgust. Very outdated, terrible customer service/product delivery, and honestly just trashy and rundown. There are a plethora of other (significantly better) nail salons to choose from in Naples, don’t waste your time or your money here.

So I dont live in naples and my cousin brought me. this pedicure took 15 minutes and he took layers of my skin off. I paid 30$ for a 15$ pedicure. I wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve been coming here since I was about 18 (now 21 going on 22) and it’s always been a pleasure working with these ladies. They’ll never turn you away, and are super accommodating. I have gotten a service done by everyone in here at least once, whether it’s my brows, pedicures, or just fill in’s. They go above and beyond with massages, brows are always spectacular when it comes to face framing, and my toes always look great (which is difficult since they’re pretty ugly).

Had an old woman telling the staff that they were doing her nails wrong, yet they continued and laughed afterwards. Had one woman start my nails, then point over signaling me to go to another nail tech. I show/describe several different SIMPLE designs and they both say it “takes too long” or it’s “too hard to do”. I then had to rush and pick another color. Shape was supposed to be coffin but looks like rounded coffin. Glitter is lumpy and hanging over edge of nails. Had to fix them myself. Go anywhere else.

Myself and my 5 daughters have been coming to Super Star Nails for 12 years now. WE LOVE IT HERE! I can’t say enough great things about the staff. Michelle, Vinnie, Tim, Ivy, Vivian and all the rest! We get pedicures and our lips and eyebrow waxed mostly. The décor is amazing (thanks to Michelle!). Don’t hesitate to make an appointment!

I’ve gone twice to this place and both times have been very disappointed. First time all I asked for was a mani/pedi, both were rushed and my finger nails looked messy. There was paint all over my skin and the woman who did them didn’t bother to clean it up. Second time I went in for a pedi and a full set. I asked for a design that Henry did not do. He rushed through the process and told me he doesn’t have time to finish my nails because HIS BOSS told him so. He also said he can’t finish my nails because there’s other people he could be attending. This last experience with Henry does not make me want to go back and I do not recommend this salon to anyone.
