They were very understanding and fixed the problem. They started adding an extra under past of this pink gel stuff that really did the trick. My nails last, great color selection & they do a great job! My new go to nail spot. ….I gotta say the service is good and the staff is friendly. They prep the nail really well BUT the gel polish DOES NOT last past 6 DAYS! That’s ridiculous! My gel last for 2 weeks or so, always. But not here. The gel polish starts to lift on the sides of the nail and then I can just peel it off like it’s nothing. I just left after getting my nails done and I must say that I am very pleased with the service and the quality work. They were extremely accommodating. I was skeptical walking in as a first-time customer because the gentleman doing my nails looked very young so I assumed he was not experienced, but boy was I wrong. He did a great job. And the other nail technician stepped in to help with my design (I wanted an abstract face freehanded on one nail). I had a specific idea in mind for my nails and they delivered with ease. And the other gentleman at the counter that took my payment was very kind and was sure to ask if I was satisfied with my nails. It is very nice to see shops that actually care about customer satisfaction and not just taking your money. He also gave me a nice little treat on my way out which was a very kind gesture. Nice unexpected personal touch to service. 10/10 stars.

I don’t always leave reviews but I genuinely like this place! They are all always really nice and I didn’t catch the name of the lady that did my nails but she did a really good job. I showed her exactly what I wanted and did everything!! Even down to the shape of the nails. I don’t get my nails done all the time but I always come here when I need to and I’m never disappointed!!

The new owners are a family who really cares about their customers and the experience you have while visiting their business. I love that about them, they want and welcome feedback. One of the owners Tina has been my nail tech for about 5 years. I have followed Tina to any salon she has worked in because of her skill. I am a pretty picky person when it comes to the way I want my nails, toes, and eyebrows to look. Tina’s attention to detail is amazing, she takes alot of pride in her work. I never have to give feedback to this perfectionist, but on the 1 or 2 occasions where I have she says “no problem” with a smile. When I was pregnant her foot and hand massages gave me life. She took extra time to take care of me and I truly appreciated her humanity to care for me that way.
