May did my nails and I came in as a first time customer and she was patient, kind, and sweet. She did a great job on my toes and hands and will definetely return again. Also the tools are all santized and clean. Each customer gets a sealed cleaned set of tools to use on customers. Huge plus!

filthy establishment (tools appeared used/not in sealed packaging, flies, nail clippings and dust everywhere! even dirty towel under my hands) and lady PEELED off my acrylics instead of soaking with acetone. after first hand i told her it really hurt and why wasn’t she soaking like everyone else? she soaked for a few minutes then shaved off rest w/ dirty dremel file that looked like sandpaper. my nail beds are still sore (after almost a week!) and look terrible. i left without paying, more like a torture chamber than a beauty salon. ouch.
