Critical: Quality, ValueOVERALL not neat enough for me.First I got my pedicure… Right big toenail looks matte (didn’t notice in store) and left toenail clipped down too much. Pedicure is mediocre compared to what i’m used to, I normally get a hot towel or scrub with basic pedi.Nails were so rushed she didn’t even let gel cure the whole 30 seconds, and then shaped the nails after painting them? I had to tell her to perfect my nails over and over just filing not making them even then on top of that filing them at the register because some nails longer than other. SMH and still had to file my own nails when I got home. I can say the store was closing soon BUT no excuse to me many people were getting nails done. Love this salon. Any design you can think of they can execute. I’ve had one fill last almost a month. No lifting. No stones fell off, Great shaping job. I mean she really studied her work. Their nail art skills are on point with local trends and music selection is excellent.

horrible service and my gel polished chipped the next day and I went back for them to want to charge me full price after I spent 80 and toes chipped too and they would not fix for me, terrible customer service and I will never return !

I got a regular mani pedi here and the next day a finger nail and a toe nail started chipping. I went back to have it fixed which they did, but the polish started chipping again a day after they fixed it. This is probably due to them using cheap polish, they don’t have any OPI products and I found the brand they use online as a cheap wholesale brand. Very disappointed, I wish I had not wasted my money. It didn’t even last me a week.

Finally I’ve found a convenient nail tech & I love her! She’s very professional, takes her time and ensures that I get my money’s worth. My nails and pedicures last for at least 3 weeks. I am very meticulous and so is she. I will continue to come to her because I am so hard to please. The only con about it here is that they do not take appointments on the weekends.

I asked if they could do three different nail designs and they told me no. So I tried to compromise as I have a white acrylic base but when I told them I didn’t like it, they got upset even though they didn’t finish the design. I told them not to worry about the design, to just put the top coat on and call it a day. I was charged $60 for nails I said I didn’t like. Never going back here. Go to Nail Bar at Oxon Hill instead.
