Poli is the GOAT! She does a wonderful job and is extremely precise. I’m sure my nails can last 4+ weeks but I’m an every two week kinda girl. They never actually look like they need to be done when I come in for my fill. Communication is key so if you don’t politely explain what you want she can’t read your mind. For example, I like the edge of my nail a bit thicker and she was making them too thin until I asked her to leave them thick. Problem solved. She can do just about any design and nail shape. I’m in love with my nails every single time not to mention all of the compliments.

Let me start by saying “All people are HUMAN”. If you don’t like something or don’t understand what is going on during your service, Look-it-up!!! YouTube can be your best friend. My daughter and I have been going to Super Spa & Nails for about 8 months and I must say we have enjoyed our nail journey. My first ever appointment was with Kelly. Who DOES NOT DO DESIGNS! You just want color and technique she is your person. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy and just wanted like 3-4 colors on my nails. She took her time, never felt rushed and her work was great! A+ in my book!! Side bar: (My mother scheduled an appointment with Kelly and had to be re-scheduled twice) don’t remember the reason they rescheduled her, overbooked or something like that but rescheduling doesn’t make or break my experiences. Over time when I decided to get a little more adventurous, I was scheduled with Poli. Younger girl who does great work but is still trying to perfect her technique. My daughter and I have our nails done by Poli 95% of the time. I have seen her growth over the months. What use to be 2 coats of a light polish are now question with “what do you think”, maybe we should do another coat? or once we apply the design it won’t be as opaque. The two pictures I’ve attached with the yellow and turquoise are my nails and the picture I sent via text. I loved it! Felt she did an excellent job, and the color match was spot on. She asked another male technician to help pick out the right color. I’m a stickler when it comes to certain colors that I feel compliment my skin tone. So, if a turquoise has more blue/green undertones then yellow ” I speak up”! I’ve watched Poli grow and have even seen her checking in with the other male technician when she has a question or is watching his technique. Sorry don’t know his name but he sits in the very back, last station. Never had him as a technician but I’ve seen his work as well as the ladies who come in and wait patiently next to him. Lastly, I’ve worked with Tommy the only other male technician I’ve seen who also DOES NOT DO DESIGNS! I’ve had him once in the last 8 months, after a week both my thumb nails started to chip. I made an appointment for a repair and the young gentleman in the front who handles most of the appointments promptly responded. He said it was too soon for anything to be cracking or damaged and scheduled an appt. with Tommy to fix my nail since he originally did the work. Now in my mind….I’m thinking why would I want to go back to Tommy?!? But the educator in me felt this was a learning experience for him and maybe even me. Now, when I get to the salon Tommy was still working on his previous client and Poli had to do my repair. It was quick and cost me $5 bucks. Though Tommy didn’t repair my nail, he did check in to see what happened and why my nails cracked. I believe the overlay was too thin on my thumbs. Never had any other issues with that nail set or any other nail set before or after that service. Will continue to patronize this establishment. They offer great customer service, are quick to respond to text, and will try their best to accommodate appointments so that you get the best service with your chosen technician. My apologies for the EXTRA long review, but some of the negative reviews had me scratching my head. Most seem like they could have been resolved with basic communication. From my experiences and what I’ve observed Helen, Poli, and Du communicate very well in English. Let’s not forget about the possible language barrier we could be faced with when walking into these establishments. Patience and proper communication are key! As an FYI I get my nails done about every 3-3 ½ weeks, always gel polish, with an overlay since they have grown out. Pics: 1. Daughter’s natural nail 5- color overlay, by Poli 2. This was our first time at this salon, and our experience was great. Good COVID protocols, and the place was clean. My husband & I went for a mani/pedi. Jen did my husband’s, and Tommy did mine. Hot stone, paraffin, callus removed, great foot massage the works. Manicures were also great! Already re-booked our next appointments. I liked that they took their time, and didn’t rush you out. Tip: Make an appt, and Sunday is the best day to come.♡ My husband wouldn’t let me take a pic off his feet or nails

I have been a customer of Poli’s for a few months and I walk out EVERY TIME with a fresh set that I LOVE! Poli is always so nice and detailed with her designs. I typically send her pictures from instagram…and there is NOTHING this girl cant do. I truly do appreciate her service and the care she provides. I will be a client of hers for life.

I’ll say 3 1/2 stars because Poli was nice. But no need to pay extra for upgraded pedicures. Rush job + feet actually felt better when I came in. (This isn’t my normal spot-so I’m used to more attentiveness) Not awful. Not great.

They are okay but their pedicures regular polish chips in 3 days. I go to other salons and my regular polish pedicure lasts 3 to 4 weeks. The place and staff are clean and nice though

Extremely poor customer service! First, my technician was 30 minutes late. Then she rushed doing my nails. In less than a week my nail polish starts chipping. This is my first and last time coming here. Gel manicures

Hey I came in today to get my nails done and I was totally dissatisfied . So I showed Wendy the design and color I wanted for my nails but we had to pick a substitute for the design because the color wasn’t available. While doing my nails she told me that I booked the wrong appointment which I apologized for and I was charged $70 which I paid. so when she finished I got to my car the black design was already falling off at first I thought it was just one finger but I realized it was on all fingers. I went back inside and talked to them and requested everything to be taken off and to just get a regular gel polish. While is was in there the whole time Wendy never even acknowledged that I was there. The least she could have done was asked what happened or just something but she saw me and never said anything. At the end of the day after paying $70 I left with just regular gel, each nail shape looking different, half chapped and the black design still on my fingers. I reach out to them but I got the coldest response ever

Kelly did my hell manicure. It was the fastest roughest manicure ever!!! I usually go to Kevin who was off today!! On top of that I never washed my hands. Next thing I knew she was slapping lotion on my hands. My nails have rough edges not even and my thumb needs to be redone. I am very upset!!
