So I decided to do a couple’s massage here even after reading the below average reviews. The experience was ok and I agree with the reviews. For $50 an hour, I felt like it was a very cheap version of massage envy. The masseuse herself didn’t understand the different levels of massages and seemed inexperienced. My husband said his masseuse couldn’t handle his large size so her arms would be shaking while trying to massage his back. Both ladies would talk and laugh periodically with each other while doing the massages which did take away from the relaxation of the massage. When they weren’t talking you could hear spa music playing but someone kept opening and closing doors during the entire process. Also the tables didn’t seem very sturdy as they kept creaking and making noises. When we left we smelled food as if someone was eating there food by the entrance and also food was present by the register counter. Overall, this place needs an updated environment. The staff also needs to be better trained on massage skills and could use a class on professionalism.

Contrary to the bad reviews, I had an excellent massage. Friendly and peaceful environment. It was recommended to me and I will gladly recommend it to friends. I will definitely go back.

My wife just finished receiving a partial massage at this place. She chose to stop the massage after about 10 minutes in. Unfortunately she also got the female masseuse that did not speak English and my wife felt man handled. She applied way to much pressure and used no oils. My wife began crying as she was telling me about this. Someone posted about this same problem and they still have not made the necessary change, which tells me they don’t care about satisfying their customers. If you haven’t gone here before, don’t chance it. If they don’t respond to our reviews, maybe they’ll respond to an empty cash register.

I practically paid to get oil rubbed on my body, no massage or effort to even eliminate any of my tension. Horrible experience and they refused to give me my money back because they are “only employees” and only offered to give me a “free”20 minute massage when I paid for a whole 60 minutes. I’ve been coming to this spa for 12 years and I’ve never had a bad massage until today. I practically paid to get oil rubbed on my body, no massage or effort to even eliminate any of my tension. Horrible experience and they refused to give me my money back because they are “only employees” and only offered to give me a “free”20 minute massage when I paid for a whole 60 minutes. I’ve never left a one star review before, but after my experience I had, I have to give it. I will start by saying I used to go to this massage place before covid and never had a problem. I went yesterday, they didn’t wanna let me use the atm for whatever reason so I had scrambled in my wallet, had enough to get the massage. So when the massage is over they asked about a tip. I said well I dont have any cash on me and I cant use your atm. The lady sarcastically laughs then shrugs her shoulder and gets upset with me. I have no issue with tipping whatsoever let me make that clear, also tipping is optional not mandatory, so making those gestures made me uncomfortable. Needless to say I will never go back.
