My husband told the girl doing my 10 year old son’s hair not to cut the top, only shave the underneath back down. After they led my husband off to get his own hair cut the girl talked my son into cutting his hair OFF. Did not consult with my husband first, just took it upon herself to choose how his hair should be and cut it off completely against what my husband said. The cut itself is AWFUL. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told she was busy doing highlights and would call me back. I have yet to get a call and they’re now closed. His hair was to his chin. Look at this awful mess. My poor kid.
