If I could give no stars I would. I have been going here for years and no problems. Well yesterday I decided to let Tina do my hair. She has been my mothers stylist for years and my mother loves her. Well not me!! While she was cutting my hair I asked her why she was cutting layers on the side of my head, she said to lift my curls. My curls didn’t need to be lifted. I told her right then I didn’t like it at all. She said well it has to be done. I asked for a trim. My hair was in an inverted bob when I went in. A trim y’all!! So she proceeds to cut it in a regular bob, no invertion to it. She cut huge chunks out of the side of my head and it’s so short I can’t do anything with it. I paid my bill and went to my car. I was in tears by the time I got to my car. This lady just made me look like a circus act and in my job, I work with the public. I sat in my car for 15 mins to overcome the anxiety attack this hair cut has caused me. Never again!! I am so upset with this. Never have I been so displeased. If u want to look like a circus act, go see Tina!! She will cut ur hair the way she wants it, who cares what u want!!
