I don’t like writing bad reviews but as my 1st time there, I was not happy with the experience. I am not sure if the lady who did my massage was new or what. But she spent the entire time just rubbing me. She did not actually massage my muscles. And when she did use pressure (with her elbows) she focused her attention on my spine and bones. I had to stop her because it was hurting, plus you should never put pressure on your spine. I really really wanted to like this place because the front desk person was kind but I was not satisfied unfortunately 🙁 I will not be returning.

I had a $25 gift certificate from this place so I decided to use it. My masseuse and the manager followed me to my car demanding a tip. They said from the beginning that it was fine to use the certificate. I won’t go back. Don’t bother coming here unless you want more stress from them chasing you to your car demanding a tip and cussing in their language at you. 0 stars

I would give this place a 5 if it was based on the massage and the price. However, the guy at the front desk needs some training on customer service. There have been multiple occasions when he has messed up the time 4 my massage. Communication with his massage therapist is not very good. On one occasion I was to have one and a half hour massage and because he had too many massage therapist call off he interrupted my massage and informed me it would only be an hour because he had people waiting and not enough massage therapist. This was a half hour into my massage so the lower part was rushed through and that was the area I was most in need of massage. He compensated by giving me $5 off my next massage. I felt I should have received a free massage since I was inconvenience and the massage was ruined by having to rush through the last half-hour. If I was not extremely happy with my massage therapist I would not come back. But he is worth the hassle of a front desk person who does not understand good customer service.

First time and I will be back. I was pleasantly surprised with just how good this massage was. I paid a little extra to get a private room as I am 9 months pregnant and it was worth evey penny. I’ve been in pain not be able to sleep for 2 nights and I feel so much better. I’m sure I will get a good night sleep tonight!

My daughter told me about Super Relax after she found it online while here visiting me in the valley. She booked 1.5 hour massage with ” Leo”, who she said reallly knows his stuff. Apparently he is the main guy who books the more private sessions (which is basically a small space seperated from rest of area by a curtain). It costs ten dollars more i believe.

Today was the first time i visited this place, first impression was not so bad for 20$ massage. But as i entered the massage area it was overpacked, was not feel clean and the towles i was laying on was wet!! So most probably they do reuse their towels! The lady who massaged me was also rushing thru the process and most of the time she kept going back and forth wasting time..i would not recommend this place. Been to many more foot massages by far i would say this was the worst experience. Oh and they charge you right when you walk in so you dont run away haha.

This is one of the best places to come if you want a really well priced massage for an hour!! Only $25!! I highly recommend it! I never leave unsatisfied! They have mints and water in the waiting area as well!
