Today was my very first visit to this nail salon and I was satisfied with my experience. I was greeted promptly and my need was taken care of. To give a little more detail about my experience today is that I have neglected getting a much needed and overdue pedicure. Therefore, I had a lot of buildup of dry calluses skin on my feet which took several repeated attempts to remove. It even resulted in one technician starting the procedure, but another technician took over. (However, I do not understand the reason for that. I also knew that they were talking about it because when other technicians come by they glanced at my feet). Even before entering the salon I was already a little embarrassed and hesitant about going in due to the condition of my feet. But I proceeded with the process and I’m glad I did. The technician remained professional and advised me to come in for a visit at least once a month. Also, I appreciated that the technician was upfront with me about the extra charge due to the repeated scrubbing for the callus removal. In conclusion, I would return to this salon again.

We spend summer is SC, so I needed my nails refreshed while I was here. I made an appointment a week ahead, however I had to wait an hour past my appointment time before my service began. My pedicure was brief & dismal (and I upgraded from the basic). But the worst part is my nails, they are misshapen & look like a beginner did them. They also were going to leave polish all over my hands. I’m really disappointed for the price I paid.

Pam did my pedicure. I have dry, rough feet and she gave me some suggestions of what would work best for me. I couldn’t imagine hot towels and hot stones, but it felt amazing. She did a great job. I can’t wait to go back. Callus removal, Pedicure, Foot massages
