The lady that did my nails was very nice and the place is nice also, BUT this is a week after getting my nails done not only did they start to lift on the sides like literally if I wanted to I could take them off myself which I’m pretty sure isn’t supposed to happen. This was a gel set the color started to fade and the nails are chipping, when I was getting my nails done it was very rushed, I also asked for almond shaped and got nowhere close to it. The “gel” looks like it was just slapped on. And around my all nails at the bottom there’s a buildup of gel that looks clumpy. I don’t feel this place cares about customer satisfaction just money… if this is the case just close it down.

The place is nice inside and clean, until you walk in yhe restroom and theres a sign on the wall saying “please put the paper toilet in the trash!” Anyways.. I went in for a spa pedicure. The women asked me to pick the color and sit in the chair. That was the only words that were spoke to me until I went to pay and she said I couldn’t tip on a card. While I’m sitting in the pedicure chair I was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted so I assumed they only offer a standard pedicure which is fine, but then 2 other women come in and get offered a pamphlet of the different pedicures they offer!! I would have spent whatever it cost and spent extra for an additional massage and would have tipped well if I got a good foot scrub, a massage and a good pedicure!! For $53. You should at minimum rub my feet ankles and legs for a few minutes!! Every one of my toes is sore from the women digging and my 2 big toes are raw almost bleeding on the sides of my nails. Lesson learned. Don’t go to a new place you have never been to or know nothing about. Sad part is I’m looking for a new place to go every 2 weeks. Not here!!!

Love going here!!! I see Chelsea and she consistently creates a warm and relaxing experience. I do dip powder nails and gel toes and I’m out of there usually less that 1.5 hours. It’s a clean, quality salon that offers beautiful nails at a fair, and worthy $. I will continue to get my nails done here:

I have thin nails and not really a huge fan of acrylics. So after a month of having acrylics on and seeing that my real nails grew out – I went into a different nail salon had the acrylics removed and I had gel put on. After a couple days 2 of my nails already had splits . I decided that I needed to get something else more reliable and sturdier than gel . I had looked in dipping powder , but my usual salon didn’t provide that service – so I was on the hunt!

Very very clean with all disposable manicure, pedicure nail kits and pedicure tube liners. The salon is so big that has 12 pedi chairs, perfect for big party. It does not smell chemical like any other stores. Very relaxing too

First time customer and enjoyed the experience. Friendly professionals and they offer great natural services. I’m well impressed, I’m not from CT but definitely want to go back. The NUGenesis powder is a must! And their Herbal pedicure is out of this world!

At first I liked going to this place but not anymore because every time I go they always charge a different price. The first time I went for a nail refill in acrylic and gel polish this girl Nana charged me $ 30. The second time the Owner charged me $ 33 and then Mimi charged me $ 30 and the last time I went they told me that they raised the prices and charged me $ 38 for the same service. I definitely do not recommend this nail salon.
