I went in yesterday 11/25/2021, I asked for a refill. I wanted black nails with a simple silver line going on the outside of the nails. The nail tech that put the powder on my nails put the powder on so sloppy, he didn’t buff them out enough, I had dents in my nails and it was horrible. So I came back in and asked for someone to fix them, one of the gentleman attempted to fix them but they were just to bad. I also asked for coffin shaped nails as you can see my nails are not coffin shape at all. I paid $77 and it wasn’t even worth $20! I asked for a refill so I don’t know why I was charged that much and the work from the nail tech was trash! Before you pay the nail techs I would advise you to go outside and take a look at your nails first. My nails look really bad and they are only a day old! This unacceptable by all means. There’s nothing super about my nails that I received or the nail tech that serviced me. Change the name of the business from SUPER nails to SORRY nails

Everyone is so friendly and the environment is relaxing. I always see Andy when I visit and he always says hi and asks how I’m doing. Andy did my nails and picked out the color I wanted. It was a perfect color! No wait time and it didn’t take too long to finish my nails. I’ve been coming to this salon for over 10 years and the service has only improved. Wendy, Ben, and Hannah are also great technicians I’ve had. Overall excellent service and kind people. Definitely recommend for special occasion nails or a regular pick me up visit.

I went in to get a full set with a simple design, and I felt that they had overcharged me. It was $76 for getting black French tips and flowers on 4 of my fingers. I talked to the manager and she explained that the nail techs were free to charge what they wanted. I understand that, however my friend that went with me had also gotten tips but she additionally got sparkles and jewels on each of her fingers and that also was $76 which made sense, but not for what I got. On top of that, my tech left me waiting several times throughout the appointment and she was very rushed while doing my nails. I asked her to fix something on them and she argued that nothing was wrong and continued to mess up the design. I get that people are not perfect, and I understand it gets busy, however I also work in customer service and I just felt that they were not super friendly. Overall just not super happy :/.

Went here once before to get my nails done and they came out perfect! However, today I went for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine but my manicure disappointed me. I paid for jewels on my nails which started falling off less than 3 hours later and there was acrylic all on the underside of my nails. I mentioned the issue with the messy acrylic on the underside of my nails and they did make a poor attempt to correct the issue. I ended up having to come home and file it all down myself because it was still too unsightly.

I used to give this place a 5 stars. However this time I came with my friend to get our pedis done together for her wedding and then her nails I asked if we could start with the pedis and the guy at front said no and split us up. Is the 1st time they separate me from my party. After I got sat I chose the middle pedi and “cuong” was been to rough I mentioned it a couple times and he would just hold my ankle in place if I tried to remove my foot when he was hurting me.
