My friend and I went here earlier today, and our nails were AWFUL. If I could give a negative rating I would. Doesn’t even deserve one star! We wanted to get our money back but goodness they took so long on my nails I didn’t even want to have to sit there and get them taken off and wait even longer! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Stay away from this place.

Walked in, selected $35 pedicure. They said they couldn’t do a haircut today and when I got to the check out the $35 pedicure was surprisingly $50. Yes I tipped but I don’t understand how you go from $35 to $50 with no explanation.

Got a very simple set, nude color only. It took almost 2 hrs, my nails were crooked and the lady doing my nails kept getting the glue on her so she kept having to reapply multiply times.

So I’ve been going to this shop for 8 years, and never really had a complaint . Sometimes my designs aren’t quite right on my toes, no big deal . Yesterday my daughter and I went, I got a pedicure she got a full set. The price said $35 ultimate, they charged me $45 . Full set said $23 they charged 26 (they charge for polish now) 3 dollars to paint her nails. I am a great tipper, not yesterday. Don’t go there, and tell all your friends . I will not be back !!

The reviews for this place we’re great but our experience was awful. My mom, brother, and I got pedicures and they hurt all three of us! No massage at all and they barely buffed our feet. The nail technician wasn’t going to cut it file my nails so I had to tell her (no big deal) but I hadn’t gotten a pedicure in awhile and it was obvious they needed to be trimmed. She cut my nails extremely unevenly. They also didn’t use a base coat and I’ve never been to a place that doesn’t use a base coat (it reduces the chance of contracting fungus). My brother has down syndrome and his nails grow fast so we got him a manicure as well. He was finished way before we were because all they did was clip his nails! They were quite rude too. In the end we paid $90 for something that we have to go home and fix. I’m very laid back and not picky at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I remember when Ann first came down here with her shop in the other location. She was good then and still is today. I used to get my nails done all the time and eyebrows arched. I had no problem at all whatsoever. When she moved to the new location, no matter how crowded or busy they were, I got treated kindly and received exceedingly amazing service. So i went about a week ago and got a full set, the style was flawless but it was 50 dollars because i got a faded design so they charged me 15 MORE to the original 35. but okay, they look good. not even a week later two nails completely ripped off while i was doing laundry. just fell right off. i go in to get them replaced and they charged me 10 MORE to replace only TWO nails. not to mention, they look terrible. the fade is completely different and the shape is horrible. i will never be going back. i’ve had way to many problems with their service.
