I’ve been using super mails for about 2 years now and I love the service and friendly environment. Maria and Pong do an amazing job on my acrylics and lily always does a awesome job on my pedicure. They listen to what you want and are very talented in getting my nails the way I want them. Lily is the only person i will let do my toes anymore.

Told the young girl I wanted whatever pedicure that removed dead skin and that included a good foot massage! She did one that had stones and only glided the hot stones on my shins nevertouched my calves and didn even massage my feet she didn’t even let the paraffin wax completely set up! I explained it was my ONLY day off and I’d like a massage! I will never go back to this place, what a rip off and a joke! The lady next to me was getting her feet and legs massaged and I asked the lady that was doin mine what pedicure she got bc she was getting massaged she told me regular pedicure! So you pay 25 bucks for regular pedicure and get everything I asked for and I was charged way more and didn’t get what I specifically asked for! Freaking joke and rip off! I don’t suggest this place at all to anyone! I work hard for my money and and I’m on my feet a lot! I don’t often get the time to treat myself, nor can I afford to do this often and I didn’t even get what I specifically told the girl I wanted! I wanted the #3 pedicure that’s more then twice the price of a simple pedicure! Also the younger girl that I can only assume clean the pedicure bowls didn’t even sanitize the bowls she simply pulled the plastic out of each one and never sprayed anything to sanitize the pedicure stations at all! Yes I understand you use plastic in bowls however the drains etc need to be cleaned between each person and sanitized! So not o my did I see how this place doesn’t sanitize between clients you don’t get what you specifically ask for! I didn’t even get mid masque nothing I asked for or paid for! Don’t recommend this place at all! 67 dollars later I’m still just mad

There was only 3 people working when I arrived for a pedicure and I waited about 45 minutes from the time of my appointment. The UV light used to dry the nails was very dirty and unnecessarly unclean. They never touched up my cuticles either!

Very nice people. Just extremely slow. Said they could do ombre with acrylic powder but it didn’t turn out that great. Took 3 hours to do nails and color change on toes. They weren’t busy. No light in the bathroom, out of toilet paper too, chairs aren’t that great for massages prolly older and I asked for water and got room temperature bottle water. Again very nice guy. It was the owner. Won’t be back though.
