PLEASE BEWARE: If I could rate this place less then one star I would I went in for a simple soak off the women right away rushed me into a seat which is good but once seated she began to cut my nails before my soak off and she cut not only my nail but my skin as well! Once she notice what she had done her response was “I don’t know how to cut this” as she giggled. She never said sorry nor attempt to make my issue better, nor offered a discount, instead she kept drilling with her drill which only worked on the highest setting, All in All this place is horrible please don’t waste your hard earn money here I will be telling everyone I know not to come here along with all of my social media outlets. This is horrible

This was a last minute decision and it was great service! All the ladies were super sweet and very interactive with us. Price for service is great. Very clean & neat. All the chairs were working great. I definitely recommend this place. (I already recommended it to my sister) I got a pedicure for $45. (I had the CBD package deal & very much worth it) My niece got a pedicure & a manicure for $47.

Beyond upset. I had a pedicure on Sunday arrived home and all my toes were extremely red. When I woke up in the morning ALL my toes had blisters around the nail bed! It’s extremely red and swollen. I called on Monday to speak to the Manager and she was not available I was told her name was Katie and that I needed to come in to the salon. I asked for her to call me and the staff refused to take my name and info. I wanted to inform them what happened to me so that it does not happen to anyone else. I now have to go to the doctor to get medication.! Super disappointed

It’s a hit or miss. Lately it’s been more of a miss and waste of time. I asked for my nails to be really square and with a deep French. I received neither. I asked twice if we can file my nails to a square shape and the second time I asked my nail tech made a scene. Talking about me to her coworkers. Very unprofessional.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI come to this place serval times thinking every time would be a different & better experience but, today topped all of my experiences there. I walked in & was help immediately. Soon after 6 people walked in and I was pushed to the side to let my nails soak off which is understandable until an hour goes by without being assisted. Now I was able to take off my old nails before someone came & asked me what I would like to get done. I answered & she walked away. After that a different lady came & asked me what I would like to get done. I told her the same response & then she walked away. After that I just had enough & walked out. I will never go back to this place they are so unorganized & not a stable company at all. The worst place that’s ever treated my nails. The man with the tattoos who did my nails completely messed up my real nails by taking out my gel color with him filling it down with the machine. He was very rough with my nails and treated it like he Watson standing wood. On top of that the paint job was the worst. Theres lumps of it and it is not smooth like how it usually is, even with my real nails. I have been getting my nails done for years now and I have always had my real nails, just for it to be ruined by this place with that man. I understand that since it’s my real nails, the shape will not be all perfect and even, but the paint job would at least be smooth and not clumpy. He also left paint all over my hand. It was completely my fault for not stopping him in the middle of it all once I realize how horrible he was doing my nails. I wish my pictures does justice, but it does not unfortunately, but you would definitely be able to tell in person. Do not reccomend this place at all.

I was in yesterday and was so glad i got in. I had gotten my first sns nails at another salon and hated them, but with a broken nail gel wasn’t strong enough. Jenni has completely restored my faith in this type of nail. In fact these are EXACTLY what I have been asking nail techs for every time. The shape is spot on and they are not clunky and chunky like mt last pair. I was having a rough day and I am sooooooo glad I stopped by. Already marked in my phone in a couple of weeks and I think I have found my new place. Thank you Jenni for taking such good care of my nails.

We stopped in to get our nails done for my 12 year old daughter’s birthday…. Was told 30min. Put our name on the list grabbed smoothies and came back and sat. They took me back and then took 3 other people that came in after us. When I was done same person did daughters nails, my mom continued to wait while another 3 people were serviced. After we were back from smoothies we waited 1.5 hours for my mom to start her service. There were people that had mania and pedis that came in after us completed before my moms service was started. Very unprofessional!

My service was great, the pedicure and manicure massage was great along with their awesome massage chairs. However, LESS than a week after getting gel that cost me $60, my nails have chipped and the polish has started to peel off from the back as well. This has NEVER happened to me with any other gel service at another salon. It’s always lasted around two weeks. I tried Super Nails because my friend goes here but now I need to get my nails done again and it hasn’t even been a week…can truly say I won’t be wasting my money here ever again!

Just did a color change. It’s not horrible though I’m a little disappointed with the uneven distribution of the color on my nails it almost seems the topcoat didn’t cover completely all of the color so you can clearly see where it’s dried and there’s some differences.
