I’ve always been able to keep my nails strong so I never need to put fake ones on and I use shellac or I use dip but they literally broke my nai so instead of just letting my nails soak long enough to get the nail polish off they go ahead and they use the nail grinder to take it off which by the way ruins people’s nails and thins everybody’s nails out terrible job very disappointed will never return

Critical: QualityFirst visit was great but this second time, Tiffany was such in a rush to kick me out of the chair that my pedi didn’t come out great. Getting pedicures should be a relaxing time but not with her.

Worst salon ever. They are super unsanitary here, I literally had to ask for the tools to be cleaned. On top of that, they were less than cordial, to say the least. In fact they were very rude to me through the whole appointment. You would think that with all the time they took on doing a full set of acrylics(3 hrs), the nails would be pretty. In reality they were bumpy and there were bubbles in the acrylics as well as the nail polish being chunky. I wouldn’t come here at all. Rude and condescending people, poor quality of work and super low professionalism. Oh, and they definitely don’t speak English so it’s super hard to let them know what you want.

I’ve searched for a consistently good place to have my nails done, and I’ve found it here. The salon was very clean, and all of the employees were upbeat. It had such a good vibe. Kim did my nails, and she did them perfectly, exactly how I wanted them.

I like them, I usually don’t have any issues with them. I like Chris and Tiffany, they do a good job on my nails. I am a nail biter do to many anxiety and stresses I have but they always make my nails look so much better, like today. Thank you Tiffany.

Absolutely pathetic. This was my first time getting Shellac nails and I wanted blue nails with a glitter nail and a design with stripes and a flower. She completely messed up the flower and said “is that okay?” although she knew it was awful! I asked her to do a design she’s comfortable doing and she drew some critter looking thing! Looked like a bug. It was yellow and brown! I told her I don’t love it and asked her to just do black stripes. She managed to mess those up too. Needless to say, completely disappointed and will never return to Super Nails.

Not a huge wait, but the nails were awful! I had 2 that were crooked and they looked NOTHING like the picture I showed them. They weren’t very interactive which I dont like. They rushed to get them done and when asked into fix the problems they just acted like I was a nuisance. Won’t be going back

I’m 9 months pregnant, today is my due date and my mother inlaw took me for a nice pedicure. It was what you want from a nail salon, clean, friendly and super awesome massage chairs!! I feel somewhat more myself now!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The only thing they got right was the color. I went in for a gel dip manicure that was supposed to be coffin shaped and they didn’t even add a tip. Plus they made me bleed 3 times!!! I don’t recommend this to anyone, my nails are bumpy, and uneven. I am extremely unhappy with them and when I called in to see if I could have them fixed the next day ( I had a movie to catch and couldn’t get them fixed on the same day ) they told me if I wanted them fixed I’d have to pay. 45$ wasted, never going back.
