Had a really great first experience here. I came by yesterday at 6:15pm after work to get a full set of acrylic nails done. We finished around 7:30pm which was after closing time but they were so nice about it and kept a positive attitude until my nails were finished.

This was unfortunately not a good first time experience. Based on the high Google review score, I decided to give the nail salon a try. The eyebrow waxing was meh, and the deluxe (mid level) pedicure was okay. The manicure was where I was really disappointed. I don’t like to have polish on hand, so I always get my nails buffed. Most salons use the rectangular block with the white, gray and green sides. Not sure if the technician forgot to use one of the sides, or if they were used incorrectly, but my nails were dull and scruffy; instead of the shine to which I am accustomed. There was no friendly greeting or thank you either. $45 deluxe pedi, $25 mani, $13 for eyebrow eye. Poor value for the experience and results.

Queenie is the beeeest! She’s kind, caring, meticulous and dedicated to her craft, and a jokester to boot! All of which I LOVE! I was turned away from a competitor because it was within their hour of close, but Super Nails said “come on in!” They took me in and Queenie made darn sure my nails looked PERFECT. She (and the shop) stayed 30 minutes after close to do it, too. I really appreciate the dedication and care they showed. I don’t like to feel like an inconvenience or rushed and I’ve definitely felt that at other places, but not this one. I don’t leave many reviews, but when I do, it’s because a lasting impression was made and Super Nails did just that. With a wedding just around the corner, it’s been difficult for me to get my self-care time in. These folks welcomed me in and gave me exactly the self-care I so desperately needed. Thank you, Queenie and everyone at Super Nails!!!

This place is ok. She left all the glue under my nails. Didn’t give me a manicure before placing the nails. Called to make an appointment before hand and didn’t mention to bring our own nail kit. So of course you have to buy one. Also didn’t clean the excess nail polish. Definitely not going back.
