Used to like to go here but went yesterday morning to get eyebrows waxed and was burned and tried to get in contact with a manager to talk this morning and was pushed aside. I work almost 13 hour days almost everyday and was told when I could to come by for burn cream and that was it. Most definitely didn’t want a service for free but my skin under my eyebrows is scaly and brunt and I am in pain and look horrible for it. Don’t feel like I was delt with in a professional manner and just want to warn anyone else from getting their skin burned and bleeding.
