I’ve been coming here for years and they always do a great job. I got my nails done for my birthday, it was my most detailed design yet. Everyone is great but…For eyebrows, ask for Diane. For feet, ask for Tony or John. They give great foot massages and pay attention to detail. Cary is the tech that did my nails and she always leaves me in awe. Everyone here is so nice and friendly.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! Such a horrible experience at this place. This was my first time and John did my nails. He didn’t wait for the powder to dry and kept applying coats which made the nail so thick. They took almost 2 hours to fix it but still they look really bad and untidy. He was being quite rough with my nails, gave me a cut on my finger with the machine. Never going back there!

Went in for a shellac manicure and two days later the polish started to peel and bubble. Under these bubbles was wet polish. It is not the first time this happens so I went in to ask for a refund as I did not want to get them fixed and have them use the same materials that created the issue in the first place, however the manager was not at all accommodating and said a refund was not possible as they had already done the labor but that she could fix them free of charge (which would mean her having to do the same amount of work for free for refusing to refund labor that had already been poorly done). I agreed the labor had already been done however I had paid for a service that was not done correctly and I really did not feel comfortable having her use the same materials as they were clearly of bad quality. Despite all of this, she refused to issue a refund. I had been a loyal client for almost two years and no appreciation or willingness to accommodate my request was shown. Needless to say, will not be going back.
