I think the shop is owned by new people. Young and inexperienced people. It wouldn’t have been so bad if it didn’t take 5 hours and $70 for subpar work. They definitely could use more practice with time management and design. They were friendly though! That’s what got the 2 stars. The hot 5 hours wait and poor design would get zero stars

If you need your eyebrows or lip waxed, unless the older lady is doing it I don’t recommend going. If the younger girl is doing the waxing, leave! She doesn’t know what she’s doing. My eyebrows were uneven and looked worse than when I went in. My lip doesn’t look like it was waxed at all. She doesn’t know how to use a wax strip and then blamed my hair for “being to strong” I WAS a customer for almost two years

Dear lord this manicure is awful. I work with food so I cannot have polish on my finger nails so I went for a regular manicure. When I walked in, the girl seemed upset that she had to actually do anything and that I was only getting a manicure. She asked if I wanted my nails cut down and I said “yes” and pointed out that I had a hang nail and if she could trim it back. She did neither. I was there for 10 minutes and she only shaped my nails and trimmed back my cuticles. As I was sitting there, I was looking at the station and there was literally nail dust and old nails all over the surfaces. I know it’s a nail salon but that isn’t sanitary… I should have taken a 20 dollar bill and let it float away. I didn’t know that a simple manicure could be messed up so bad…

I went and got my nails filled , spent 40 dollars, and they were pretty and just the right shape, but not even 24 hours later they started breaking the tips were just breaking and I had 3 nails left after 48 hours. I called them and I was told I can come in and get them redone for FREE. And when I got there I was told they can put acrylic on my natural nails but they were going to charge me if I wanted my set fully fixed. Total different then what was said on the phone. The picture I’m attaching is the first nail that broke less than 24 hours later.
