This use to be my “Go-to” nail salon; but my most recent experiences have left me with a bitter taste. The manager/owner there is so rude and disrespectful to customers. I have seen on more than one occasion treat me and my daughter like trash rather than as a paying customer. 1st bad experience I told the woman I wanted a flower painted as shown in the picture and the woman misunderstood (not a big deal ♀️) the owner/manager jumped all over me because I corrected the technician even though I’m the one paying for the service. When the customer pays the customer is always right; but not in this salon. The 2nd bad experience my daughter and I show up 2 hrs before closing and we were dismissed by the same owner/manager because they “didn’t have time” even though it was 2 hours before closing. Today, 3rd bad experience; we spent over $170 for manicures and pedicures today and told them up front we wanted to go our toes painted and after paying $170 already, this shouldn’t have been an issue but the same owner/manager just straight up laughed in our face and said “NO” like WHAT!!!! Are you serious!? We just spent $170 on your salon and you can’t paint some toes? Wow just woooowwww . Her reasoning was “your technician has already left”. It’s not the customer fault the technician left before finishing; but as a business someone should have been able to provide us service and we didn’t get it even as a paying customer. Even though the door says they are open until 7:00 trust me they are NEVER open until 7:00 and all they do is try to leave early even if it means a customer gets turned away or doesn’t get what they asked for. I’m surprised no one has tried to sue this business for false advertising but their hours of operation specifically their closing time is a lie. I will never go back here, recommend to a friend, or spend another dime of my money here. There are plenty of other nail salons and I don’t have to spend my money on theirs if I’m not valued or respected.

Had to wait 30 minutes after they opened for more than one tech to arrive, which meant four people were sitting in pedicure chairs talking while another person got her nails done (even though she wasn’t the first one in the door – I assume she had an appointment? There was no communication.). Overall, my pedicure was well done, and I like the leg props they use. The location is easily accessible, and they keep decent hours. Their prices are reasonable. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait for people to after the posted opening time, and this is why I only come here if my usual place isn’t open.

I use to love coming to this nail salon. However today I went in for a refill (gel) and was told I had to wait for 1 hour. I’m fine with waiting but today there were enough staff to get with me in because everyone in there were getting pedicures. Too many workers standing around not tending to the customers. This is the second time I’ve came here and felt uncomfortable at this place. The very first time I was talked to in a very disrespectful way. The owner made a mistake in put me with a worker who only do real nails. Why? When I asked for a full gel set? They don’t pay attention to their customers. I hate to say this but not only me, other black women were just treated bare minimal service. A little racist to me!!!! Just saying, found a new nail home to give my good hard money too.

I love how my nails turn out after my visits here. However, the service level has gone down. I’ve asked the workers not to use the drill on my nails and she does it anyways. She said it would help the gel stick. Well, I appreciate that. It’s my nails though. They did turn out looking great…I paid a fair price, too, but I really prefer to sit with the younger women in this shop. They are kinder & will listen to my requests.

Upon entering, one lady greeted very nicely and asked “what you want”. Told her what my daughter wanted & showed a picture of her friend’s nails that was just there an hour earlier. They applied the wrong tips and far too long. My daughter looked back at me with tears, and I told them again what we wanted. Then soaked them off and started over. It still wasn’t what we asked for & they were very rude. This was my daughter’s first manicure & preformal experience. We were there over 2 hours for a horrible experience. We will not be back!

The woman at Super Nails are super nice. Sometimes you don’t get greeted when you walk in the door, but when it’s your turn they give you a great service. That’s all I care about. They don’t rush to get you out the door. I have never been disappointed with my nails afterwards.

I walked in yesterday with a couple girls at about 3:30pm and immediately the woman working was very rude. she raised her voice and said “what do you want?”. we told her we wanted acrylics, and she just looked at us for a second and then said “we don’t have time for you” and basically shoo’d us away. they weren’t very busy, and it was only midday. needless to say, we left and i won’t be returning.
