The nicest people in the world …not to mention the hardest working family run business! I’ve been going to Super Nails for nearly 18 years and I will never change my loyalty to their business. They have always done great work with my acrylics/gel and pedicures. If I have an issue with anything my problem is quickly resolved and if I still don’t like something.. well it’s simply discussed again until they make sure I’m happy with my nails! I’ve never been nicked or nails cut too short or crooked as others have experienced. They are reasonable in price for what I want. I am treated with dignity and respected as a loyal customer. If you want a “salon” experience with music and relaxation… then maybe this isn’t your place. But they do have great pedicure chairs! I hope some of these people with these negative reviews will try them again with a bit more tolerance and patience… you might just get what you want. ❤️

I have been a regular customer the last year almost 2. I mainly see Rose for my manicure. My friend likes to see Peter or the other woman for shellac. They are all so friendly and do a wonderful job. They also keep the place clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismNot sure why they got ANY bad reviews but let me tell you this: I love this place and I will be visiting again. Came for a French Mani & Pedi after two other salons in my area were closed (wrong hours posted online) but I’m glad I chose Super Nails! The staff was extremely efficient and my nails are amazing. It was super busy on a Sunday when I got there but I was seated right away and tech got to work! I will definitely be back soon to see Rose and the team. Thank you guys for coming in to work and for practicing safety guidelines; everyone wore a mask and hand sanitizer was at the door. I called before I came and they did let me know they were busy but gave me a good time to come in. There was even a woman who came in after hours and they didn’t turn her away, everyone was so kind. Came for a French Mani & Pedi after two other salons in my area were closed (wrong hours posted online) but I’m glad I chose Super Nails! The staff was extremely efficient and my nails are amazing. They are great at what they do for the price. They were fast and cheap.The ventilation is not adequate for a nail salon, stong chemical smell. The banter between employees may make some people uncomfortable.

daughter and I went in. my gel was fine. I did want one accent nail but the gentleman didn’t understand even after asking the lady to translate, I didn’t get what I wanted. no biggie. My daughter got acrylics and did not get the design she asked for, they originally didn’t want to give her the color she asked for either. instead of getting round French tips with a square shape, they gave her square nails with square painted tips. she even showed them a picture. the nails were a little crooked and didn’t go all the way down. We paid $115 for both of us, we don’t normally get our nails done, not sure if this is normal fee. She left unahappy but I asked her to try them out. The worst part. My daughter and my friend went the next day to see if they would fix her design. The lady that helped them was rude. The man was going to yell at a child had my friend not stopped him and told him not to talk to her like that. The lady re-did her nails, still not happy with them but better. My daughter says she was rough with her hands though. And of course they talked about her the whole time (assuming since we don’t speak their language, but you can tell). Will not be back. I can deal with less the good nails. I can not deal with rude people.

Critical: Quality, ValueNot only were my nails unbelievably expensive for what I got, they weren’t done very well. My clear coat has bubbles in it and my stiletto shape is uneven on several nails. David is very nice, but I think he worked too quickly and didn’t bother to make sure my nails were perfect. I tend not to be super picky, but I was crushed to learn my total was $70+. The nails start at like $45, but they don’t tell you that length, color, shape, etc. are all like an extra $10 each. My friend also got her nails done here and was very dissatisfied. Her nails started lifting within 4-5 days and the clear coat chipped off on several nails. Her nails were a simpler shape than mine, but she paid just as much as I did. I definitely will not be going back! Waited for an appointment for 45 minutes. They kept taking more clients while I waited. I soaked my nails so long my fingers got red and swollen. I asked how much longer they said I can’t do your nails unless your said soak another 30 minutes. I came in with a full set and left like this. Very very poor customer service.
