I was deeply disappointed in the service I received. My nail tech seemed as if she had never done a French pedicure in her life. I normally don’t give feedback but it is necessary. It shouldn’t have taken 30+ minutes to start my pedicure on top of the hour it took for her to complete it. I’d say this place is sadly my last resort in a pinch. Owners we’re not professional.

went to get a full set of acrylics, Got there two minutes after it opened and was sitting in a chair within 30 seconds. service is okay, pretty good shape. The woman that did my nails got up in between steps and was working on other customers nails and then would come back to me. would recommend if you need a quick fill but not for a full set.

I use to frequent this place quite often when I lived out that way. So I told my friends how great they were. My friends and I had.a very unpleasant experience. They staff was very loud and rude to us and the other customers. Made rude comments during our pedicures. My friend asked that her nails be repainted because they didnt paint the whole nail and the person said no it couldn’t be done the nail was too small. Very unsatisfying experience and probably wont go back. Customer service is key, and when you are paying for service you shouldn’t feel uncomfortable.
