Very disappointed. They were really busy for the number of workers they had (3). The guy who worked on me was quick, but the work definitely suffered from it. He did beautiful work with the acrylic but cut me with the dremel. My sides are jacked and the polish is still translucent and bumpy :/

HORRIBLE NAIL SALON ! i would highly recommend not to go there !! waited 20 mins on someone to the store to do my fill in while another employee worked on my daughter nails and then she asked if I was pregnant ?!? are you kidding me ?? she was rough and made my cuticles BLEED! pulling on my hand and digging her own nails on my fingers .. just bad customer service and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING NOR REFERRING ANYONE TO GO THERE !!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI used to love this place but the experience I just had was AWFUL. I received a pedicure with French polish. The lady that did the pedicure was rude and VERY rough. She cut my toe with the nail clippers. She used the dremel to remove the prior polish and it HURT. She was all over my cuticles and it hurt badly. She rushed and unlike normal didn’t care much at all for the foot or leg. No hot towel. No leg rub. Then I was charged for gel which I did not order. I used to love this place but the experience I just had was AWFUL. I received a pedicure with French polish. The lady that did the pedicure was rude and VERY rough. She cut my toe with the nail clippers. She used the dremel to remove the prior polish and it HURT. She was all over my cuticles and it hurt badly. I was charged extra for gel removal on her nails, and extra for calluses on the pedicures. Isn’t that the point of a pedicure. Will never go here again. Tools were used and put back in a drawer. Staff was very nice and didn’t rush but was waaaay over charged for what we were told. They said it would be 35 for gel on toes and 45 for acrylics and gel on nails. Didn’t get any extras like massage or nails clipped or any designs and didn’t need any polish taken off so how did the price go from $80 all together to $110?! Defiantly not paying that price every 2 weeks when I can get better services and pricing at other places

They over charged me and didn’t even give me a foot massage when I paid for a pedicure for me and my daughter. Standard pedicure is about $25. They charged me $37 for mine and $27 for my daughter’s (she’s 8.) Such a rip off. And the lady was too rough just trying to get it done. Stabbed me a few times with her tools and didn’t even try to be gentle even though I made it clear she hurt me.
