Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueThis was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I had Helen and she did not listen to anything I wanted. To start off she asked if I wanted my nails cut down and I had told her no then she continued to cut and file them down short enough to where the skin under my nails are showing past my nail. To continue I had asked for the color c1 and she gave me a completely different color than what I wanted. Also none of my nails are the same length and every nail is filed unevenly. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I had Helen and she did not listen to anything I wanted. To start off she asked if I wanted my nails cut down and I had told her no then she continued to cut and file them down short enough to where the skin under my nails are showing past my nail.
