I usually use a place in Hoover but this one is close to home so wanted to try it out! It was way cheaper than the other place and they did an excellent job! The guy owner did my nails and did great and very fast! He didn’t smile a lot or conversate but I love that! He still got a good tip!

It was ok. From the reviews, I had higher hopes. Only one person working on a Saturday morning. I asked if there would be a wait, he said no, 20 minutes later (after already being seated at the pedi chair), my pedicure began. It was a normal pedicure until they moved me to a manicure table to finish my gel pedicure. It was odd position of putting my feet into her … uh… area. It also hasn’t stood up to the sand like past pedicures.

Critical: Professionalism, Qualitythe customer service is absolutely terrible..i walked in and neither one of these people said hello or asked how i was doing..i have previously made an appointment with this place and i accidentally went to wrong salon that morning and one of the guys that works there called me and was yelling at me.. super disrespectful.i went back there today not realizing that it was the same place i had previously called and i had this man named “tai” or “tae” doing my nails and he didn’t say a word to me, he was so disrespectful and just nasty.. i’m very unsatisfied with the customer service and i will not be coming back.my nails look okay but definitely not the best.i wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.the customer service is absolutely terrible..i walked in and neither one of these people said hello or asked how i was doing.. …More

The customer service was not the best I have ever had but, it was not the worst. I would definitely recommend this nail salon over Nail Star (by Publix) but, both are a bit outdated. I got a full gel set this morning; my nails still have glue all over them. The color is also not the same color I picked but, I did not want to cause any problems so I just paid and left. I’m frustrated because I showed them pictures of the nail shape and color but, this is not what I selected. Similar to my review on Nail Star if you like the simple, old, red Lauder grandma look then this is just the place for you. If you have higher expectations keep driving.

Quickest nail job. It took them 20 mins to do my nails. The individual made me bleed 3 times and was passive when I asked him to fix them because they were even and too bulky. I won’t be going back. I was sad to have this because they were rated well.
