I walked into Super Nails randomly to get acrylic nails removed months ago, they were so nice and attentive that they earned my business. I have gotten a gel pedicure since and now I am doing s & s and gel pedicures for summer and my wedding. They do an amazing job, everything is set up so nicely and they are always busy because they are that good! Call ahead and make an appointment if you can 🙂 I highly recommend this place!

The staff was very attentive, making sure everyone was comfortable and had drinks and the colors they needed. I’ve had such bad experiences at other nail salons, where my cuticles have been cut and the application was sloppy. At Super Nails, they exceeded my expectations at half the price of the last salon I went to. My acrylics look amazing and the removal of my last ones didn’t hurt at all! I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who did my nails, but she was awesome! Very kind and professional staff. The staff was very attentive, making sure everyone was comfortable and had drinks and the colors they needed. I’ve had such bad experiences at other nail salons, where my cuticles have been cut and the application was sloppy. I went here because the reviews were great, and they were all recent, however my experience was not reflective of these reviews. When I arrived I was seated immediately and had two ladies (Michelle did my pedicure) to provide me a pedicure and SNS change. 5 minutes into my SNS change the woman doing my nails told me a man who just came in from his break would take over because, “it’s his turn” – thought that was strange but just went with the flow. Things went awry when I showed him the photo of what I wanted for my nails, I thought was relatively easy, more oval/egg shaped with French manicure. I was in that chair for two hours (my pedicure was routine and done in 30 minutes). My nail beds were burned by the drill, my cuticles were bleeding in multiple places, my nails look nothing like the photo, and though I spoke up multiple times, this guy didn’t stray from what he was doing. Multiple other staff members came over to look at his work (I’m sure wondering why it was taking him 2 hours) and at one point I said something again, and nothing was done. At the end I was told that SNS doesn’t look as good as gel, so if I want it to look even and pretty I should pick that instead. Which just added to my frustrations. When I left, the man running the front desk asked if everything was OK and I said no, it was not and told him everything that happened. He still charged me the $76 without hesitation, and I can guarantee you that I won’t be back.

You can tell everyone genuinely cares about their customers they are serving, and if you are a repeat customer they take their time to actually get to know you to help enhance your experience! I went in as a walk in and I was taken care of quickly. Everyone was friendly. However, I have never had a manicure where my cuticles where never touched.. I asked for a mani pedi with gel polish. I didn’t realize that would not include trimming my cuticles and kept expecting it to happen and it never did. I didn’t say anything because I needed to get home but I shouldn’t have had to. My pedicure was mediocre and had to be completed by a different person than the one that started. I can’t say that I will be back.

As much as I want to rave about this business, I can’t. I love Hope1 but whomever does the scheduling is doing a poor job. Ive been going there since 11/21 but no more. Every time so far i had to wait at least 15 minutes for my appointment i scheduled. My time is valuable. Shame on you.
