I’ve been coming here since I was 13. My first nail tech was Lee and she was AMAZING from there waxing to there nails. Now I go with Lee’s daughter Tina. For me they are family and I just love the design they would do. All I have to ask is for them to surprise me and they have fun with it ❤️. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

I have been coming here for a while now. I keep giving them leeway with the long wait whenever I come I am usually here for 1-3 hours before I get service. One staff member is the only one who does a good job with Acrylics but she is very rude and unprofessional. Items such as nail clippers and the toe separators are reused and very rarely cleaned it’s very disgusting. Their chairs for soaking your toes before pedicures has residue by the filter. There is just a lot wrong about this place. Prices vary extremely. Once you ask for one thing they add an extra $5 to your bill. You are better off paying a lot more for better service and quality.

I used to come here in high school when Tran was still working here. But a lot has changed since then. The last few times I stopped in to get my nails and pedicure done I was not pleased at all! I’ve received 2 pedicures here. The first time in April was okay, but I didn’t see her sanitize the bowl or her tools (I assumed it was done beforehand, which was my fault). The second time I came back in May, she removed the polish on my big toe & there was a small yellow/white spot. I asked the nail tech what that was and she said “toe nail fungus”. I understand it’s “common” but I’ve never had it before & toe nail fungus sounds alarming! She told me to relax, and that everything was fine. After I was done I did not see her Sanitize her tools. Well here I am at home removing my polish a few weeks later, and the little spot is now pretty much across my whole nail. And I am disgusted.

First time I went, latino lady did a good job with my full set. Her pedicure was one of the best. I can’t remember her name but she sits up front. I gave this place a second try and this time had Asian lady named Linda. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! She cut the skin on the edge of my nails 5 times, couldn’t put on the acrylic properly, left lots of white tip stuck under nails, got nail glue all over one finger, painted my nails a clear red coat and all of my nails are uneven. Like there is literally one nail that’s 1/2 a centimeter bigger than the other. I told her they where uneven and she insisted that I was wrong. I asked her how it was going to be fixed and she said “i don’t know.” She had me pay before the pedicure… BIG MISTAKE. After complaining about the manicure she literally took 5 minutes on my pedicure and rushed through it. She got the salt on my legs and rubbed each one once for 5 seconds. I am so mad and have to go get my pedicure fixed since she didn’t bother cutting the nail edge that can grow into your skin. I asked to speak with a manager and no one understood me fully because of the language barrier. I will be calling today and filling a formal complaint with the manager. No person should ever be treated this way.

My cousin and I went in for dip powder as that’s the healthiest for our nails only to get a gel manicure and left with really flemsy nails against our wishes. Not even 24 hours later, 2 of my nails chipped which ripped a layer of my nails off with it. I specifically don’t do gels because they ruin your nails and it took me 2 years to rehab them only for this to happen. Nail tech Tina takes nail clippers and clipped a chunk of the polish to prove that it’s stuck yet like stated before, 2 of my nails were already stripped. They also over charged my cousin and charged her for services she never received. I won’t be back!

Looking at the reviews, seems I might have dodged a bullet! Came 1st thing in the morning (9:30am) and only 1 lady was working who what very short, rude and dismissive. I drove quite a ways as this place was recommended. Not all recommendations are created equal!

This is the worst experience I had from the pedicure to the manicure. She is suppose to be a certified nail tech but I am sure my daughter does a better job. She left polish all around my nail and to make it worst when I asked her to clean around it she grapped a nail clipper ripping my skin to take the nail polish off. When I complained to the manager she looked at me like I was crazy and said she couldn’t see what I was complaining about. I walked in with long nails and came out with short chipped nails. She did not attempt to shape them at all and there is still polish around the nail on my skin literally. If you are looking to get a nice Mani and Pedi don’t waste your time there… To top it all of they have the worst customer experience and are very rude….

I used to go here faithfully. Then one day they were busy and I asked the owner how long and she said she ‘couldn’t tell me’ and to ‘come back later’. At the time I lived across the street so it was fine. So I returned 30mins to an hour later and she said ‘still busy’ so asked her how long and she responded with a very annoyed attitude ‘do you HAVE to do your nails today?’. I turned and walked out and I never set foot in there again. Theyre nail techs are terrible anyway only the owner and one other was decent.
