Critical: Punctuality, QualityHad an appointment for 6pm and arrived at 5:45. I was not seated until 6:45 where they left me seated waiting for a pedicure for another 15 minutes . I also got a gel manicure that has now all peeled off after just two days . I would not recommendService: Manicure

Very very rude especially to guests of color. As soon as i walked in I was told the wait is too long I asked can I wait as all their customers were already being serviced and there was no line. Mind you all tge customers being served were white and he yelled at me no we can’t serve you. I have gone here many times since 2015, he is always rude and I have heard him coaching the women who work there to add additional charges as well. The women are nice but he ruins the entire ambiance of relaxation yelling accross the room higher prices and telling them what they can and can not do.

Waited 45 minutes before being seated at pedi chair. While soaking for 10 minutesthe techs started working on two clients who came after me. Return clients must get preferential treatment. 3 techs on a busy day wasn’t enough. I went up the street techs at every station. Full house. Got taken care of right away. I have been to Super nails before. Not a lot of interaction. Salon needs updated.

I have gone to this nail shop several times and always had the same 2 people do my nails and feet. So today I went to get my nails and feet done and asked for the same two ppl to do my nails. Once I was done I went to pay I was told to give a tip and when I said I didn’t have enough to tip I was told to not ask for a certain person and if i don’t tip don’t come back. So I will never go back there again I should not have to tip if I don’t have money to tip. And 2nd a tip shouldn’t be ask if should be given. They are very rude so sad. Don’t allow anyone to pressure you into doing something u don’t want to do Over them.
