The first time I came to Super Nails I was horified to discover that the previous salon had actually filed a hole in my nail. I was given advice as to how to heal my nail and have never had a problem since. Ben and Lynn are experienced in a variety of nail problems. I retired after 40 years in nursing. I wash my hands constantly and need nails that are smooth and professional when working with patients. I have been going to Super Nails for over 22 years. My acrylic nails look great. They are strong and only very rarely break. The first time I came to Super Nails I was horified to discover that the previous salon had actually filed a hole in my nail. Ben and Lyn have great talent! He is timely and only asks for one thing…. “to [just] sit still”. Its not much to ask, so that he can be as detailed as you let him. They accommodate and appreciate you!

If i could rate no stars, I certainly would. Not one person was in the salon with me. I was told that they had to hurry because it was going to be busy. I didn’t even get to select my color before i was rushed to sit down and get started. The man asked me where i got my nails done before and how much they charged me. After i told him the price i asked what they charge, and he replied “uh let me see” and he told me he was going to do the price as the other place, as if it was a favor for me. There is no prices displayed. The color selection is sub par. Lighting is bad, atmosphere is eerie. The lighting reminds me of a doctors office. The outside display makes it look like it’s warm and friendly. Not at all. The cleanliness of the salon was minuscule. I couldn’t locate a autoclave where the instruments were sanitized. I was passed back and forth from the man and woman, and ended up waiting for a ridiculous amount of time for lackluster nails. 0/10 would not recommend.

I must first say that I am a perfectionist when it comes to my nails. Usually after I get my nails done, I go home & refile them, thin the acrylic down & repaint them to my liking. But not at this place, they are always done to my perfectionist expectations. And if I don’t say anything most everyone thinks they are real. I do recommend this place to everyone I talk to. They are also very friendly and accommodating. I find this place to be a little “Diamond in the Ruff”. I absolutely love this place. And never saw the owners being anything but extremely nice. Even to someone like me who when I went there the 1st time, had come from a disaster at Mary’s Nails, and asked if I would be able to file them the shape I wanted he said yes & handed me the file. Nobody has ever allowed me to do that before.

She was very nice. She did my pedicure. Massage chair did not work well. He was quite brusque, rather rude. No biggie. He did my french manicure. It looked ok but only lasted about a day and a half before it began to peel. Totally gone within 3 days. Very disappointed

The man who works here is rude and overbearing. I have never been spoken to so badly by someone that I was paying. I am not a person who walks into a lace being rude, and demanding attention! I love to have a comfortable atmosphere and converse with the people around me. Lyn was nice and helpful. She did my toes very well, and I have no complaints about her! I loved how she tried to speak with me while doing my feet. But whoever that man is… He could use a book on manners. I recommend “what’s a thingamajig?” Maybe that book will help him.understand, how to be nicer to customers.

Been going there since 2002 and they are willing to accommodate you whatever you want. I love how they do pink and white. I’ve been to other places while on vacation and they make their technique so difficult. Super Nails does it quick and precise!

I love they way they do my nails I get so many compliments because they look so natural. The only reason I rated it a 3 is because they need to update on the newest technology. the colors they have for the gel polish are limited and they dont have any of the colors on nails for you to view how they will look on the nail and finished product. You have to look at the dot they have on each bottle and everytime Ive tried to guess it never looks the way I imagined. Also, Ive been to other shops where some of the younger nail artist are and I have gotten designs on gel polished nails, the owner swears you cannot do this, so that is my only complaint. They arent really up to date on whats new a hip, but I keep going back because its close and they do a great job on my nails otherwise

I went in for a manicure and gel on my natural nails. The two individuals that work there weren’t very friendly. My manicure consisted of cold water no lotion on my cuticles and the gel wasn’t applied on my nails evenly. Will never return again!
