I normally come and get my nails done by Ms.Kim , but she wasn’t here and I needed my nails done for graduation . I came in and got them done by someone else , my nails were already a cute coffin shape and I was just getting a basic fill in . When he painted my nails I noticed there were air bubbles , and my shape wasn’t the same , instead he rounded my coffin and my nails were slanted and uneven . I went back in to show the guy at the first chair my nails . He ended up shaping my nails to a square shape , which wasn’t what I wanted in the first place. I am pretty disappointed by my initial service , but the second guy was really sweet in redoing the nails that had air bubbles . I honestly want to cry because I still hate my nails and this was one of the worst nail jobs I’ve ever had . They are really nice people but I will prefer Ms .Kim over anyone else . This is a picture of my nails after the second time .

Went here today. was seated to get dip power soaked off. I was sitting right by the check in desk. Hearing ppl come in without appts getting taken before me. Ask the girl at the desk why was everyone getting service before me. She stop one of the nail tech, and say oh I’m sorry she was next. He come take off some of my dip power then proceeded to to the lady who came in after me who I knew didn’t have an appt. I left after of hour of waiting. Went to Venus nails where the service was good and I was treated like a customer. And that lil girl at the front desk lies and she is nasty. And I say she lies because I called back and she said everyone had an appt. So why tell that guy I was next if you everyone had an appt. Never going back here again. And will tell everyone I know don’t go here

I paid $55 for a gel pedi. 30 minutes after I got home, I put socks on to cut the grass and felt the gel snag because the nail person painted the gel to close to the skin. 3 gel nails peeled off supr easy. So I drove all the way back from Lugoff and he did them all over. This is why I don’t spend money on this service anymore. It’s over-rated and over-priced.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueLong, my nail technician, is an amazing young man. He can work miracles. I’ve actually had services done by almost everyone there and I never leave unhappy. Atmosphere is always relaxing. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly all the time. Granted, there are some times I’m not as satisfied as last time. But, it’s never to a point where I won’t go back. Once my concern is expressed. They are always corrected with gratitude. Long, my nail technician, is an amazing young man. He can work miracles. I’ve actually had services done by almost everyone there and I never leave unhappy. Atmosphere is always relaxing.
