instead of letting me soak off gel quan luong was rough and used drill . I started to bleed Andd asked to soak. She then started on someone’s pedicure and I had to wait for her to finish . Unprofessional and I won’t return ..sorry not sorry! Gel manicures

This place is fancy and clean, BUT the pedicures are rushed and not thorough. The entire Pedicure took around 25 minutes and that included a calf massage that took around 10 minutes. Typically, salons take around 4 minutes on the legs, but not this time. I certainly wish she spent more time on my actual feet. I’ve had several pedicures in my life, and this was the first one that I walk away from feeling like nothing had been done to my feet. And, to make matters worse, i still had salt scrub on my ankles when I got home. Very very disappointing. I won’t be back.

The polishing part of the pedicure was the better part of the pedicure. I was done in 20 minutes with the full pedicure. I sat in the chair at 3:52 was done by 4:19. I felt very rushed even though I was the only on there for a pedicure and no one else was there.

I had not been to Super Nails in over 2 years. I was there today for a pedicure. The place was almost empty when I walked in which I thought was odd. My pedicure lasted exactly 17 minutes. She rushed through the process as if she was going somewhere. The massage consisted of a few vigorous scrubs to my feet and shins. I’m used to pedicures that last 45 minutes or more. My nails look good, but as soon as I began to relax she was done. When I went to pay, the guy at the front did not thank me and when I gave him $ to give the woman, he said nothing. Poor customer service and I will not return.

I called to make an appointment when they opened (9:30) and they scheduled me for 10:30 the same day. I was immediately happy with how inviting and clean the space was. Sandy took me immediately when I got there and she did a great job. The nails look great, she really took her time on the construction and detail, and she was so gentle on my hands that I could’ve fallen asleep. I just had my first visit at SuperNails after a friend recommended me. I called to make an appointment when they opened (9:30) and they scheduled me for 10:30 the same day. I was immediately happy with how inviting and clean the space was. Sandy took me immediately when I got there and she did a great job. The nails look great, she really took her time on the construction and detail, and she was so gentle on my hands that I could’ve fallen asleep. The manicurist named Jenny did an awful job, half my nails were cut uneven and she didn’t even bother to file them down to at least look proper. I got gel tips done and I got them pretty long. He spread out the gel way too much, making the nails too thin. Two of them broke off after a day. Say you can’t do long nails instead of doing them and making them as thin as press ons. Press ons are even better than these. A waste of $60 honestly. Won’t be returning. Gel manicures
