I’ve patronized this place for years until they began offering gel. If you get gel, if you nick your nail and the paint chips, you’d easily be able to peel off the rest. It’s also feels rubbery. Initially when I got gel at this salon and it peeled, I assumed that was what happened because I’d never gotten it before. I realized that gel is not supposed to do that when I was away on family vacation in Florida and got a refill near the resort where we stayed. After getting my nails done there I was caring for a sick relative and was unable to get a refill for over a month. My nails never chipped and didn’t peel. They were still as shiny as the day I’d gotten them done. The only evidence of needing a fill was the lifting. After that I found a new salon near my home that did an excellent job. That salon recently closed temporarily. I hadn’t had a refill in a while and figured that within the two years that I’ve not patronized this shop, somethings may have changed. Boy was I wrong. I got my nails done 6/8/18. Less than 24 hours of having them done 5 of my nails had chipped and begun to peel. I returned to the salon 6/9/2018 to have the nails that had peel fixed. Within 24 hours of having them fixed the gel on my left thumb peeled off completely. The others have begun to chip. I could, if I wanted to, peel the paint off around the area where it’s chipped. This peeling is a result of doing customary activities not outside the norm. There’s not reason my nails should be chipping and peeling a day after getting them done. You’ve been forewarned. Do not get gel at this salon.

I’ve been to this salon many times over since they first opened a a few years ago and they always did a great job when it came to doing my nails, they always gave me some really cute designs too, they had a great selection of colors and they prices are pretty reasonable too. They also do a great job with eyebrow waxing. The salon as a whole is pretty clean and nicely decorated.

Visited this place twice. The first time was ok but my nails were lumpy and started lifting quickly. The second time I did not get greeted. Also tipped although I wasn’t satisfied tge woman never even said thank you. I wished them a good day and no one said anything back. Looking for a black owned salon. I already stopped buying their food and hair/ products now I have to stop giving them money completely. They live the black dollar but don’t love the black people. I’m good love, Enjoy

People are nice but the nails done are barely average. I have done my own nails better than this. The nail polish was on my cuticles and fingers. The nail polish coats were unevenly layered and has barely any nail coverage. You can still see my natural nail underneath. The use of warm towels was a good touch of service though.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The receptionist was very rude. It was my first time there , so I had questions about their services. I went to sit in the chair to get my pedicure and waited for at least 10 minutes. I then asked if I could just soak my feet and was told wait 5 minutes. I waited for another 10 and the woman decided to complete the person she was with and left me sitting ,and waiting. She was rude and nasty. The only part I actually enjoyed was another woman apologizing for the horrid service , doing my nails perfectly and the warm rag on my hands. Other than that, their customer service is way pass poor! I will never visit here again.

This used to be my nail salon for a couple of years. I went elsewhere for a bit, and came back. I should have never come back. The staff are rude and unprofessional, esp. the young girls in the back. When I asked one of the young girls to do a design for me, she told me my nail was too small, and huffed and puffed when I asked her to turn on the gel lamp. I told the manager about her behavior and she overrode her. Upset that the manager made her do exactly what I asked, which was turn on the gel lamp, she cussed under her breath. While my nails were drying, I explained to the manager what happened only to be met with a nonchalant “oh well” attitude. I will not be patronizing them again.
