Not sure why we stayed. Made an appointment. Changed our mind on what we were having done and called morning of appointment and told them. We were treated badly as soon as we walked in the door. Told us she turned away a customer and then we only wanted manicures not shellac. She burned my daughter’s feet while doing pedicure and then didn’t speak when I complained how the nail art looked. Didn’t even get a thank you when we paid. I have never been treated so rudely. They lost 2 customers today.

My sister, mother, and I went last night at 4:30 to get pedicures. When we got in, they told us it would be a 15 minute wait, which was fine. When we were seated after the wait, my sister’s chair was broken and my water was cold. The person that did my nails spent the majority of the time digging into my skin with the clippers, which hurt a bit but didn’t seem like a big deal until today when my toes are so tender I can’t wear socks. My mom’s technician got angry with her for asking her to be gentle when filing the toe nails. My sister’s experience outside of the non-working chair wasn’t horrible, but my mom’s pedicure was over after about a total of 10 minutes, once she made her technician mad by asking her to be gentle. As soon as she was done, she went into the back to start making dinner for everyone, so clearly she was in a hurry to get us out. Today my polish is already chipping off, and after talking with my sister we realized they never even gave us a clear top coat. I wish I had just left before the pedicure was finished and not paid at all. I would NOT recommend this place. I used to go here and it was nice, but something has definitely taken it downhill.

They do good pedicures but they do terribly at shellac French tip manicures. I went in with my best friend to get manicures and they sat us on completely opposite sides of the room, so we could not talk with each and enjoy this experience together. My technician was sitting next to me in a chair getting her own nails done before she even came over to do my nails. I asked for a French tip shellac manicure. My lady worked too quickly and my nails look okay from a distance but look terrible up close. You can see through the white polish and the polish has small holes and cracks in it and the white strip is too thick for my somewhat small nails. The edges of my nails are also rough and not filed smooth. And at the checkout counter my regular shellac manicure ended up costing MORE than my best friends full set of acrylic nails. Which I think is ridiculous because that took more time and more product than my nails. If you are looking for a manicure, don’t go to this shop. If you want a pedicure, they are very good at those.

I’ve been going here since I was pregnant with my daughter, now almost 6. They have always given me the best pedis in the business and I will continue to return. Not to mention I have very bad issues with my big toes being ingrown and they always tackle them no problem.

Got a mani pedi. Two women pampering me at the same time while I sat in a chair that massaged me… Seriously that is the life! Linda’s manicure was a little bit better than okay. But Kimberly’s pedicure was absolutely outstanding! Her attention to detail was superb! In addition cleanliness seemed to be a high priority. For the price my experience was great! I would go back again and again and again and bring all of my friends!

Last time I was there I wanted a pedicure and a full set. There were 4 people there (staff) and 1 customer. I waited about 30 mins before I said how much longer will it be. One of the girls very rudely said, ” I guess I do it” I ended up walking out. This place has gone down hill for sure.
