My husband dropped my girls off to get their nails done for their 1st day of high school. I’d been there before so I figured I wouldn’t make a fuss. Both girls nails looked horrendous. The nails weren’t even. They had different sizes. My youngest nails looked like press ons. I designed them so they wouldn’t go to school embarrassed. Never again! They need new nail techs.

Called salon on Monday to try and come after 7pm as they close at 8. Informed it was busy and was offered an appointment the next day at 7:30… I arrived to the location and was truly upset as they were completely closed, lights off, parking lot empty. I wish whoever had taken down my information the day before, would have called to let me know they weren’t available or not have scheduled me at all.

I have been going here for about 3 months now. I only get service from Kevin. He does a really clean shape and he can design freestyle designs which is amazing. My nail tech of 7 years moved to a different state and it took me a long time to finally find a new nail tech I actually liked. If you go here I reccomend Kevin his work is really nice.

I make a phone call before i go they priced me $12 i was nexs door groceries shopping’s after I confirmed price i just walk there after my nail done they priced me $15.00 i mention i just made phone call before i come here she make it u some stories female $12.00 . But i am male person speaking men over the phone he quoted for men if price difference between men and female he would say men $15 female $12. I feel like i get rip off. Not about money been honest and make good business.. as far as shop and professional work kids run all over dirty place stuff unprofessional. She took money put her pocket no cash register no receipt. Not coming back here NOT recommending at all.

I promise you I will NEVER go back again !!! They literally over charged my sister and I and made up prizes. My sis got a full set with two nails rhinestones they charged $20 per nail for the two ring fingers. My sis just got here toes painted with gel no pedi . I got my manicure with gel and ring fingers with rhinestones they charged me $15 per nail . Lastly, I got my toes painted with regular nail polish . $150 for that. I explain their competition does $5 per nail for rhinestones on a manicure and maybe $10 on fingers that have nails. They said it was the work they didn’t and I told them that’s what a tips are for and I ALWAYS tip good not this time. I told them that this is unfair and to be honest I had this experience with them changing the prizes from one visit to the next but gave them another chance . This work was good but not for $150 and they knew that and stated they would give me a discount and drop it $145. I politely told them no thank you just ring the $150 but you guys know y’all wrong for this!!! But to make it so bad they stated to lower the amount they were charging for the rhinestones but only took $5 smh!!!

The man doing my pedicure was too rough. I yelled “Ow!” at least three times, and there were more times it was painful that I didn’t say anything. He also clipped my toenail crooked at first and when I asked him to fix it, he kept trying to file the already shorter side down and I had to stop him over and over. Loud place, got a pedicure the guys was filling to hard, cutting my skin when i told him he didnnt speak any english, not enough to even undertand my facial expression of pain, could find a light color to polish like funny bunny or suggat daddy when asked for help they look very disappointed and irritated, after they start speanking vietnamise so i could undertant i left with my toes polish pink because i was very unconfortable. $ 30 pedicure that i did not enjoy at all
