Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in to get my nails done for prom with my best friend. No one even acknowledged our presence. They did not tell us that there is a long wait, or even speak to us. I told the lady what I wanted, and I showed her a picture. She said that she would be able to do that and that he would charge me a certain amount. After I had been waiting for an hour, I was very kind and asked her how much longer because I had a date to go to. She snapped at me and said that other customers were in front of me, Which honestly did not make sense, since I had been waiting for so long. However, I did not let my anger get the best of me. I continued waiting because I thought the price that she had given me was worthwhile. About 45 minutes later, she finally comes to my aid and starts to do my nails. It turns out that she had completely misunderstood what I was trying to tell her what I wanted. She then starts to clip my nails off, and then tells me a much higher price than the one that she originally told me. When I told her, that is not what I said, she again snapped and proceeded to make me feel as if I lied to her. By this point, it had been about two hours. I asked her to just take off my nails so I could leave. You would think after such a horrible service, that they would take off my nails for free. However they charged me. They were rude, unprofessional, and showed lack of care for their customers. I went in to get my nails done for prom with my best friend. No one even acknowledged our presence. They did not tell us that there is a long wait, or even speak to us. I told the lady what I wanted, and I showed her a picture. She said that she would be able to do that and that he would charge me a certain amount. I advised him he was bleeding and he didn’t go wash his hands unexceptionable.. he adv me to go wash my hands and tried to bandaid his by putting super glue on it. And the claimed to have used gel powder without asking me normally when you dnt advise they use reg acrylic & gel polish by default. 50$ service and my nails are so ugly I didn’t have time to argue because I was late for a lunch date . I advised him he was bleeding and he didn’t go wash his hands unexceptionable.. he adv me to go wash my hands and tried to bandaid his by putting super glue on it. I went back to the nail shop today and they were very rude and not very helpful and one of the other workers tried to lie and say I just got my polish changed Friday. And one of the other men took a picture of my ID without my permission. I’m getting in contact with my lawyer asap. I came here to get a pedicure Friday and one of the men cut both of my big toes leaving them infected I went to the doctor today and they told me for sure that they were infected and gave me some treatment. I went back to the nail shop today and they were very rude and not very helpful and one of the other workers tried to lie and say I just got my polish changed Friday.
