Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been here three times. The first two times were great, but this last one was a most unpleasant experience! The woman who did my feet and nails did a horrible job and talked about me in Vietnamese to her co-workers. How do I know? I questioned being charged an extra $5 for removing nail polish. She was rude and extremely unprofessional and went on about just being a worker, etc.I had my feet and nails done on Friday, 9/24/21 (gel by the way which is not suppose to crack, peel, etc.). By Sunday, two nails were peeling, and today is 10/6/21four are peeling. All I’ve done with my hands is wash them, so I have not encouraged this horrid peeling! The woman who did my feet and nails did a horrible job and talked about me in Vietnamese to her co-workers. How do I know? I questioned being charged an extra $5 for removing nail polish. Kathy did such a fantastic job on my manicure, pedicure & eyebrow waxing. She took her time and made such everything was done right. I walked away beyond happy with my finished product. Thank you so much! It was worth every penny! Manicure, Nail extensions, Waxing

Mom & I have been going here every 3 weeks for a few years. Never had a problem. In fact, they were always professional, clean & took their time. My last appointment was missed due to my husband suddenly passing away & since they have no answering machine, calling to cancel after hours wasn’t an option. I had multiple things to do & I couldn’t contact them until ~1-2 weeks later. I finally did call to reschedule our appointment & they ‘scolded’ me for the missed appointment. She didn’t give me a chance to explain what had happened, just kept saying I missed my appointment. I finally got to my point of calling for this new appointment & she told me to call her next week. I took that to mean they no longer wanted my business. And I didn’t appreciate the way I was talked down to. They’ve all been very good to us. I don’t understand why I’d be treated that way. Sad!!
